They Hyatt Bolgatty is an absolutely stunning property. From its gorgeous lobby with fresh flowers and coffee shop to panoramic views, the layout, amenities and cleanliness of the property was wonderful! The breakfast buffet each morning was incredible an overwhelmingly amount of choices. It was here we met one of the best servers we have ever had! Riyuni met us our first day and was so informed and knowledgeable about all the different food selections. He acted as an amazing tour guide as well, telling us all about the different regions in India, the different foods and cultures. His service was impeccable, never leaving a plate and we never had to ask to have our coffee refilled. On the last day he surprised us with a goodbye cake that was one of the most generous and sweetest hotel experiences we have had. We are so thankful to him for making our trip so amazing!
I had a wonderful deep tissue massage at the spa and everything about it was 5 star. my therapist was not only skilled, but also passionate about massage and healing. The steam room was also wonderful in the locker room.
The one issue we had was the late time of dinner service at the restaurants. Because of where the hotel is situated, eating on the property when there is definitely the easiest option. I don’t know if the time of dinner service was pushed back because of Ramadan but starting dinner service at 7pm is extremely late. For those who eat at 5 or 5:30 like us, there was no option.
