位置超卓，服務好，早餐好，房間整潔，極力推薦。

交通方便，就在 Victoria Coach Stop 對面。碼頭觀光景點、大型 shopping mall 連食肆近在咫尺。的士站就在酒店對面，坐的士到郵輪碼頭只需 8 分鐘。半自助早餐質量非常好，客戶服務好，房間雖小但舒適整潔。

Nice view of the room, we are stay at rm 34. The room is so close to HMS worrior. The shower is excellent, maybe next time i will attemp the rooms provide the bathroom.

Personalen var alltid trevlig och hjälpsam. Tyvärr hann vi bara äta frukost där en gång men den var ok. Hotellet hade bra parkering och låg fint nära restauranger, shopping och sevärdheter.

Good location. A little tired.

Location is really good but on a busy noisy road with the taxi rank, buses and port all opposite which can be noisy. Staff were lovely and helpful. Rooms are tired and need updating. Grey carpet was covered in red marks, the bath plug was broken and you had to balance it on the hole and try not to touch it when you were in. The curtains were pulling away from the curtain rings and hanging with large gaps. The shower kept dripping during the night and the bathroom doors did not close properly and the lock did not work. In all there were lots of things that needed fixing and some tlc. Nice building but very tired. Expensive for what you get.

Great birthday surprise!

Very comfortable room with free toiletries, beautiful soft, white towels and as much hot water as you desired. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice and great service. Very friendly staff.... would have been nice to have a little more choice of drinks at the bar.

Great stay!

This lovely little hotel facing Portsmouth Habour made me feel at home. Bed was super comfy but the shower was a little hard to figure out. It's a very small hotel so don't expect bellmen or room service.

Fantastic

Fabulous hotel with wonderful window seats and view of the Warrior. Easy walking distance of Old Portsmouth. Great service and breakfast. Homely warm hotel. Would definitely stay again.
