Booked this apartment through wotif and paid in full in October. We flew from New Zealand to find we had no booking. Owner had no record and Wotif kept me on hold for 20 minutes and did not find alternative accommodation. Wotif took our money. Waiting for a refund. Not good enough after 19 hours of travel. Owner Brendon Rosenburg said he has no record of booking either. Someone is lying. Wotif give us our money back.
