EXCELLENT HOTEL - FANTASTIC LOCATION

Fantastic hotel in the heart of the city. Walking distance to lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. Airport is not very far either. Our room was clean and spacious and the staff were professional and very helpful. There is free limited carparking outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is so awesome and Its location is very important for those who want to travel to neighboring states from Trabzon. The important markets in Trabzon Square are very, very close to the hotel. The place is very convenient and the breakfast is very wonderful. It is possible to visit the city of Rize and Ordu because they are close to the hotel

I booked this hotel for my family but it wasnt same as information in hotels.com , they changed for us later , breakfast is not too bad , bedroom wasnt clean and water in bathroom from sink was dirty i cant understand why water was stink, staff were understandable and ready for help all time , internet access was poor , only location and air conditioning is excellent

Just to point it out. There are many fake comments about this hotel which mislead us to a different expectation. The room is big enough but very much out of date. The toilet is dusty and some facilities is not working. Breakfast was very simple.

Ancak check-in yapmadan önce öğlen saatlerinde otelden şaşırtıcı derecede kaba ve yersiz bir mesaj aldım. Özetle, rezervasyon kaç kişilikse odaya o kadar misafir kabul edileceğini yazmışlar. Hayatımda hiçbir otelde böyle bir tutumla karşılaşmamıştım. Eğer odaya fazladan birini sokmaya çalışan bir misafir görürsen onu orada uyarırsın, önden herkese böyle bir mesaj atmak nasıl bir mantık aklım almadı. Uğraşacak halim olsa bu mesajı gördükten sonra oteli değiştirirdim. Ama başta da dediğim gibi, otele geldikten sonra bunun gibi rahatsız edici bir tavırla karşılaşmadım. Her şey iyiydi.
