Beautiful hotel from the lobby to the room to the restaurant/bar. Great location. Excellent service all the way around. Lovely outdoor patio attached to the restaurant. Spacious room. The only downfall is the temperature control in the room. We had warm, sunny spring days during our visit and the room was a bit humid. Everywhere else in the hotel was cool but our room and our friends’ room were warm and humid and we could find no way to control the temperature. Other than that, our stay was a 10 out of 10.

Toilet did not work, we were woken just after 8am by cleaning person and a crazy light flashed all night. Spoke to front desk and they ignored our concerns.

Sehr netter Empfang. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es war hinten Richtung Park ausgerichtet und bemerkenswert ruhig. Service im Zimmer wurde tadellos ausgeführt. Im Hotel sind auf das Wochenende hin am späteren Abend zusätzliche Sicherheitsmassnahmen erkennbar, was wir als Gäste schätzten. Im Hotel haben wir einmal den Afternoon Tea gewählt und können das empfehlen. Die Bar ist ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Sonst haben wir dort nicht gegessen und können das nicht beurteilen.

Beautiful trendy hotel in the heart of Dublin. Fabulous opulent décor throughout the hotel. Food delicious, felt very safe there. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel was beautiful with a spacious lobby, nice restaurant and bar, and comfortable rooms and bed. Hotel was also very clean. Staff was very gracious. Our daughter arrived at 7 am and the hotel let her check in that early without an extra night charge. Our only complaint was that the carpet in the room was old and stained, but this will not deter us from staying there again.

Amazing hotel, great location by St Stephen's Green and about a fifteen minute walk to Temple Bar etc. Only slight gripe was that our room was really hot even with the room fan and a portable fan turned on all weekend and the temperature turned down as low as possible. Our family in another room didn't have this issue though so may have just been an issue specific to our room, and the porters/staff etc were as helpful as possible when we did raise it. Staff even left a birthday card for my partner in our room, and the facilities etc were all generally excellent. Would stay again!

Hotel heeft erg mooie uitstraling. Ligt midden in Dublin. Alles bereikbaar op 15 tot 20 minuutjes lopen. Tram voor de deur. Super ontbijt. Kamer prima uitzicht was wat minder, maar ja sliep er alleen. Erg genoten op St. Patricks day

Staff was great, super fast checkin. Hotel is in a great location, Luas outside. Hotel was very warm, and we couldnt get the aircon working. The big down side was Breakfast, over priced, not a great choice, and you had to additional for any coffee other that stewed filter coffee. I would recommend saving you breakfast cost and go to bewleys on grafton street.
