停车一点都不方便，需要花钱30元一晚。办理入住登记的时候让我们等了半个多小时。我们住了两晚，只是清洁了垃圾，没有把床单铺好。床超级软，很不舒服。早餐加小费要25元

Wallpaper coming down, stopper in the sink didn’t work, TV was on the side wall of the bed, the room did not feel welcoming. The lights was too damn, the people at the front door didn’t greet you, the lady at the front desk never said Welcome or anything Would never stay there again

The shower was dangerous with no handles to support oneself. Twice I asked for an extra blanket. They said it would be right up. It never came. I had to pay for a whole extra day because my bus didn't come until 5pm and check out was 11am. No complimentary breakfast; instead a cost of $20 per person. Not a favorable experience.

This hotel is in a great location. The front entry lobby gets quite busy because the hotel has a rooftop bar that the public also go to - so there is a "separate" lift they use. The revolving entry door can be hit and miss to use - then if there are people already in the entry, it's very cramped. The reception is on the 2nd floor, so we never actually saw any of the staff (which I find unusual in a hotel situation). The cleaners were very hit and miss. Sometimes we'd get replacement plastic cups. Sometimes we got new towels. Our bed did always get "made" daily (if memory serves me correctly) The floor never got vacuumed as far as I could see. And they always seemed to still be cleaning very late in the day.

The blanket covers in room 1114 were disgusting. We got there late after an event. The blanket was seen late, we call the front desk and no answer for an hour. Walked down and the person was asleep. Then we were given a sheet to use. The headboards really need to be cleaned. The valet lost my main carabeaner clip that my dead mother gave me. This was one of the worse experiences I've had at a location.

I called housekeeping twice at different times of the day for an extra blanket for my sister who has heart conditions. Neither time a blanket was sent up to us. Also, your checkout time is 11 AM but my bus didn’t pull away until 5 PM. I had to reserve a whole day to stay in my room after 11 AM. I think this could’ve been prorated.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour faire du tourisme, à 5 minutes à pied de l'Hôtel de ville, et très bien desservi par les bus et le métro. Notre chambre, de type standard avec un très grand lit (pas si grand, en fait, et au matelas assez mou) fait une belle taille (37 m²), est bien équipée, calme, mais présente quelques défauts. Les lumières sont blanches et vives, ce qui est désagréable à l'œil, et en plus elles n'éclairent pas bien. La climatisation est compliquée à régler. Le café proposé dans la chambre est de la lavasse. Et nous aurions dû nous renseigner sur la vue, qui n'a aucun intérêt, car la chambre donne sur un mur en brique et des installations électriques. Mais le prix de la nuit étant très compétitif, il ne faut pas trop se plaindre...

At first, when I checked into my room, it was an un-cleaned, not ready room. They gave me a new room. The beds were very comfortable and the room felt spacious. Even though I asked for room service just to tidy up and supply more coffee pods, etc. it took a couple days until I was able to get service.The night manager was far from kind when I asked for service saying that it “isn’t life or death”. Apparently she also works as some type of “nurse” for her other job she said. I had to ask several times before getting housekeeping. They seemed a little short staffed possibly. Had to ask for new room key twice b/c it kept not working. It’s a good location and served my purposes fine. Probably wouldn’t stay there again though.

Horrible hotel for the price! Dirty mildewed shower. Dirty walls and headboard! Just nasty! Recess lighting with regular bulb? Rooftop bar advertised but closed for private event like WTH?? Rude valet for $65!!
