La experiencia ha sido en términos generales normal. Cosas positivas: Muy buena ubicación y si lo que buscas es simplemente un sitio para dormir y cambiarte es una buena opción. Cosas negativas: el check-in un poco lioso, demasiados códigos. La televisión no funcionaba correctamente (fallaba la señal) y la ducha (la cual es está ubicada al lado de la cama, no en el baño), goteaba por las noches, por lo que fue un poco molesto. En términos generales nos pareció un poco caro teniendo en cuenta los servicios que disponía, pero hay que tener en cuenta que Roma es un poco así.

Det gode ved stedet er lokation. Personalet som vi kun mødte en gang var også okay. De mødte ind 30 min før for at vi kunne betale turistskat. Men værelset var desværre ikke godt. Det ligner at det trænger til en gennemrengøring eller maling af de vægge. Der manglede varme ude på badeværelset og der manglede rigtig varmt vand 3 ud af 4 dage. Ikke godt nok.

The appartment was lovely and clean, comfortable and well equipped and within easy walking of all major attractions - centrally located, safe area- Vatican 30 minutes walk one way, Coliseum 30 minutes the other. The appartment staff were friendly and helpful and responsive to questions before and during our stay. Space to store luggage on the last day. Definitely stay here next time I am in Rome. Ciao!

El hotel es muy bueno, la atención del personal es increíble! La zona no es muy linda, el conjunto donde se encuentra el hotel es muy feo, pero todo cambia vez entrando al edificio del hotel . Muy conveniente si la intención es estar cerca de la estación de trenes.

Sengekle og gulv var rene, men vegger var veldig skitne, og dusj hadde veldig dårlig trykk og dusjhode gav ujevn stråle. Super beliggenhet, ifht buss, men gangavstand til det meste.

Nice stay in Prato
Spent two nights here in October. Neighbourhood was quieter than other areas like Trastevere but easy walk to the Vatican. Further to the major attractions in the centre of Rome but it was an easy bus ride or about a 40 min walk. Staff were very helpful and communication ahead of time was great. Room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning.

Got there did not have any clue how to access the building. Air-conditioned did not work. Shower in bedroom. Door to get to room was so small if i had been any bigger i wouldn't have fit. Staff only works a few. On up side the girl who runs the place is as sweat and helpful as can be. Stsy would jave been horrible with out her

We stayed in room C18 two (2nd floor) and we paid about 140 euro per night for 5 nights.. The room was clean and walkable to most of the sights in Rome.. I was a bit misled by the photos of the property and was expecting a bigger and better appointed room but it was adequate. The air conditioning struggled to keep us cool even though it wasn’t that hot outside (around 30 degrees Celsius). Good instructions for the contactless checkin but a very narrow door to enter the foyer to our room. Overall it was a reasonable experience but if you book here I suggest selecting a better room.

I’d like to start with the location was fantastic. You can walk to all of the main sites within 15 to 30 minutes such as the Vatican City, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. There are restaurants everywhere. Really loved the Chinese one next door. The staff was great as they were very responsive and did their best to accommodate. I was allowed early check in and out. Now the listing is a little deceptive as you think that you’re getting a suite and that is not the case. The property has 6 rooms that are divided into 3 on each side. You enter thru what might have been an apartment at one time. There is a long foyer type hallway that had a balcony at the end. There are 3 bedrooms in that section which you have a key card into your room. The shower next to the bed with a separate toilet and sink in a side room. The bed was confortable. The air conditioning was not cold enough for my taste but at night, it was. Temperature in Rome at this time was 88 to 90+ degrees F. The WiFi was down half the time as well as Netflix. Bring your own shower gel as the one they provide smells like men’s cheap cologne. No shampoo, conditioner lotion provided. Additional non resident fee paid directly to them. Don’t know if I’d go back to this location but I guess one has to manage their expectations when in another country. If not for the great location, I would have moved to another hotel at a loss to me.

Amazing stay. Close to the city, plenty of buses if you like that, soft and nice bed. Bath tub was great and relaxing. Shower was spacious. Was here under public holidays but that was no problem at all.

Updated room but very small. Getting into the room in off-hours is like an escape room in reverse—kind of fun the first time. Entrance to the space before the room is half a door’s width—would be difficult for larger people. Convenient location in a pretty area.

Super secluded!! Very clean! I didn’t see a staff member once but they were so communicative with notes! It was a little confusing getting in but I think that was my fault! Smooth sailing after we got out room!
