The property was fine, but they didnt have towrls by the pool. We were told to use our bath towels. Not ideal.
Therexwas also no hand towels on our toom only large bath towels.

Overall everything was good n up to my expectations however I was disappointed that there were no hand towels and floor mat and non- slip bath mat. The toilet paper was also lacking-only half a roll in each toilet which was not sufficient for 4 people

Aston Batam has an amazing array of staff who attended promptly to all our requests. We stayed in a 3-bedroom residence apartment. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. There was an air conditioner in each room, and they provided a large 20L water cooler. The swimming pool was large enough to swim laps, which we did every morning. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. All Grab drivers were familiar with the hotel's location. We had a fantastic time in Batam, and Aston contributed to our enjoyable stay.
There were two minor issues with our apartment; the room and bathroom door locks did not lock seamlessly and the certain had a tear. As stated, these were minor.

This has been my go to hotel in Batam. Service is great as the staff are always ready to help you with your luggages and shopping bags when you arrive at the hotel. Room condition has gotten quite aged over the years, a make over and renovation will be great.

The stay was okay, acceptable. Book a junior one bedroom apartment. The apartment was run down, dull and not that clean. What i suggest to the hotel, is that do a repaint to the wall. Change the sofa, as its all so old, prepare a garbage bag for customer to use.put more deco to the apartment so that it wont be dull anymore

Room is alright. There is an international electrical outlet for your plugs. No usb outlet. Buffet's good. I love the herbal bar. Gym's good, big, though rowing machine spoilt.
I came for their tub. Though they fixed it the hot water came out like piss at first. Made me not wanna use the tub anymore.

We stayed in this hotel a few times but this is the first time for junior suite which happened to be in the apartment side. The cleanliness and maintenance of room is not up to standard. The plates and cutleries are dirty and no dishwashing liquid provided. The fridge doesn't get cold. There is no hand towel and bathrobes. I had to call 2x to get it. The design of the bathroom is bad. There is no division between the lavatory and the shower. I'm always worried the water will get to the hairdryer. The drain is very slow when you shower so there's water everywhere. The wifi password indicated in the room card they provide you during check-in is not correct.
Staff in the reception area are friendly, no issues there. The check-in/out is fast.

Greeted with a smile from the frontliners. From security to reception very welcoming. Well done. During checking in process, i was told that their system was having some issues and im told to wait. 45 minutes later my wife check with the reception staff and finally we are able to check in and straight to our room. Cleanliness was good. Im impressed with the wifi connection. Breakfast was not bad but was not good either. Was at the dining hall around 6.10am but some of the live food station was not in operation. Food choices is okay but there are still many room for improvement. This is my first time here and i hope it can be better next time . Overall its a pleasant stay. I hope i can see some improvements if i return for another stay. Keep it up.

Management must seriously look at the front office behaviour, my bed sheets were dirty and I request for a change of bed sheets the next day, it was through my shock that the front office staff said that I had to pay RP50,000?
why would you charge clients for washing of the bed sheets when it is not the clients issue?
I stayed many times and cannot believe that this is how aston treats their long term customers, becareful of front office staff trying to scam hotel guest
