I recently stayed at your hotel, and given the high rates and premium pricing, I expected a much better experience than what I received. Unfortunately, I encountered several serious issues that I feel compelled to bring to your attention.
1. Elevator Functionality & Accessibility
One of the most basic expectations when staying at any hotel is ease of access to your room. This hotel had only two elevators—one of which was completely out of service during my entire stay. The other elevator appeared to be in poor working condition and was extremely slow. On multiple occasions, I waited up to 8 minutes just to get to or from my room, which is entirely unacceptable.
A fully booked hotel with only one barely functioning elevator is a serious inconvenience and should have been addressed immediately, especially considering the premium pricing guests are paying.
2. Breakfast Service & Quality Expectations
Another disappointment was the breakfast service. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected breakfast to be served with appropriate tableware. Instead, everything was served on paper plates, which felt cheap and out of place. Even a plastic or ceramic plate would have been more suitable.
This reflects poor judgment by management and gives the impression of cost-cutting at the expense of guest experience.
3. In-Room Maintenance Issues
I stayed in a suite that included a kitchen, the dishwasher did not work at all. And the kitchen light kept turning off with bad wiring .
