飯店位置優越,

民宿位置位在３樓,沒有電梯．但好心的管家有幫忙拿行李 一進去會聞到甜甜的草莓味,管家為斯里蘭卡人,不太會說英文但非常親切有禮貌 主人在早餐時間會出現說哈囉 連續住了５晚,整體乾淨,床墊棉被十分舒服, 唯一不足的是早餐只有一個可頌麵包,和兩包小餅乾,冷飲有果汁,熱飲有咖啡和可可選擇 飯店位置優越,就在西班牙廣場＆捷運旁,每個景點幾乎走路就可以到達

Flott beliggenhet i Roma midt i sentrum av butikker, restauranter og severdigheter. Trange, nydelige gater. Super rengjøring av rom. Bra kommunikasjon med personell før ankomst.

Fabulous location, short walk to the Spanish Steps and metro stop. Very clean and quiet room, AC unit worked well and was quiet. Room was cleaned everyday. Taxis park nearby so finding one is easy and fast. There are lots of shopping opportunities and dining as well.

Ubicación inmejorable. Personal no puedo opinar porque en dos dias no hemos visto a nadie, pero si que la comunicación con la persona encargada antes de la llegada fue correcta. Falta general de mantenimiento e insonorización. Para dos noches suficiente.

Self check-in, with no staff on site.

The apartments have self check-in, with no staff on site after 2pm. This may usually work well, but in our case led to big confusion, which the host was not present or prepared to handle promptly. The host was not as responsive as I would expect, and did not apologise until the next day.

Felt like sleeping in a cave

Needs a lot of TLC. The common area (kitchen and living room is very run down, the couch looks old and so does the bed covers. The bedrooms are like being on a cave. Air conditioning didn’t work properly so they were nice enough to bring a fan. Need to make it a little more welcoming and better decor. Good location though. It’s not terrible but we would not stay there again.

Good stay in Rome

This was a good stay and information provided by the owner. The room was perfectly for three people and close to most of the attractions. The only painpont areas to carry on the luggage two floors as we were travelling 20 days in Italy and had a big effort to reach that level.

The location is great. Rooms are lovely. Only thing is it says no children as it is an adults only building but there were children that were staying in the property so at times, was noisy. Other than that, it was a lovely stay and very close to the metro station. Thanks for a terrific week. Best,

Great stay!

Loved how accommodating and friendly are hotel staff. Location is perfect, close to all main tourist sights and right in the middle of the lively restaurants area. Also, safe place, clean rooms, and offers a charming atmosphere of being part of the city’s architectural vibrancy.

The property manager was very helpful and accommodating, best service I’ve had at a small hotel. I highly recommend staying here for the Roma experience. It is also nice that every attraction is within walking distance.

Das Bett ist ungemütlich (weiche Matratze)und das Zimmer extrem klein. Marta als Gastgeberin sehr nett und hat uns jeden Tag Kaffee, Snacks und Wasser ins Zimmer gebracht. Die Lage ist hervorragend.
