Holiday in Castries
Good all inclusive near Castries. Staff are great - very helpful. Good choice of food. Good range of eating options. Entertainment a bit hit and miss - not always geared to the age of the visitors. Need to use the shuttle bus or a taxi to get into Castries.

A wonderful hotel. The views are outstanding. Super friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Lots to do. Food was very good. The staff couldn’t do enough for you. The New Year’s Eve party was amazing. Met lots of interesting people. Our second visit this year. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second visit to the Bel Jou, and it was wonderful. The staff were the best of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The general manager Dean walks around every day to stop and talk to the guests, he truly prides himself on the service his team provides and genguingly wants to make sure his whole team make the guests as comfortable as possible. I couldn't fault one thing, to the cleanliness, maintenance, entertainment and overal service with a big St Lucian smile. The shuttle service to Castries and the beach is a massive plus and its free, what more can you ask for. All the staff from maintenance, bar restaurant, reception, cleaning staff, were exceptional. But I have to mention my girl Princess what a woman, Devon, Sam, reception ladies and we missed Andrea. So many more to mention and Dean the general manager whom is the only hotel manager to walk around greeting and talking to his guests every single day. I've never experienced that in all the hotels I've stayed around the world and I've travelled far. So on that note, thank you, Dean and all the staff at the Bel Jou. You made our stay memorable, and we will definitely be back.

I suppose we got what we paid for as this was the cheapest all inclusive I could find on the island. The facility was fine, very small and the buffet food area was tiny and kind of limited. Service wasn't great - the first night we went for dinner they were 30 minutes late bringing out the main course and when we ordered drinks by the pool and it took over an hour for them to bring them to us. Overall a nice place to relax and have all inclusive drinks and food but definitely on the low end of all inclusives I've seen

The staff was very friendly and kind, they were very helpful. The bartenders did excellent in terms of making drinks. The entertainment was okay, but the food was very salty and the options to eat were very limited. Especially at the buffet the property was very clean the views spectacular however I wish I knew that the plugs were completely different and I needed to purchase an adopter in order to charge my phone. So in general, besides the salty limited options of food choices I would give this place a four star

We really enjoyed our stay at the Bel Jou. The hotel is lovely and we really enjoyed the amazing views. Room was clean, with comfortable bed and air conditioning. Staff were very friendly, kind and Princess at the bar makes the best margaritas and is always so helpful. The food is really good as well and there are plenty of options for dining. It's also convenient that the hotel provides a shuttle and chairs at the beach, as well as a shuttle into town. Would definitely recommend and come back here.

Had an amazing time here. A little away from the beach but there is a shuttle which is free. If you wish to go anywhere you have to use taxi Drivers are lovely and very helpful. Last night dinner not so good as another party there refilling of food very slow. Bedroom was great as was air conditioning. Lovely cleaners. Pools fab as was help yourself bar. A good was from international airport and trip can be hard if you’re in a minibus.

A very enjoyable stay overall at the Bel Jou for my first visit to Saint Lucia. The hotel was well-equipped, clean, conveniently located and offered a brilliant variety of local and international cuisine. The only downsides were that the staff were ocassionally abrupt and I was charged an extortionate fee ($50) for a late checkout despite only needing the room for a couple of hours.
