I booked 4 rooms for a family get away for 8 of us. The property is beautifully presented with lovely quirky showers. Very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to everything we needed while were there. The staff were welcoming and helpful. I forgot the lovely ladies name who greated us on Saturday, she was lovely. We did not include breakfast in our package, but did pop into the restaurant, Le Carre Francais, around the corner which was mentioned in the property. Brilliant food and wonderful service. We will definitely be coming back.

Località tranquilla ed abbastanza centrale situato nel Rione Prati, ma non perfettamente servito dai mezzi pubblici. La camera carina ma migliorabile, specialmente nella logistica. Si nota l'assenza di sgabello poggia valigia e gli appendini in bagno sono situati in posizioni imbarazzanti e per niente funzionali. Personale molto cortese e disponibile. Complessivamente è stato un bel soggiorno.

Was a cute cheap and clean place. Better than actually hotels I’ve stayed in Europe. Great communication with the property. I also received few free drinks on first day. Really nice place. Felt like I was living a dream

Awfully small room. The entry door immediately opens to a glass shower that is directly across from the bed, super weird. Room is super tiny. Could feel every spring in the very old mattress. Reception is very useless- we did not want our room clean but requested fresh towels that we never received. They don’t have an iron for your clothes so if you’re travelling with your stuff in a suitcase prepare for a wrinkly fit. Getting in is also extremely difficult. There is 4 doors you need to go through before reaching your suite door, all with different keys. The elevator is very dated and many times got stuck on randomly floors. It also begins beeping if you do not manually close the doors within *6* seconds. You can very wonderfully hear this noise from your room

Lovely clean room and a very comfortable bed. Shower was powerful and the bathroom clean. There is little to no parking in the area so dont take a car. The suites are central to most of the sights, 15 minute walk to the Vatican and about 30 minutes to the Coliseum Handy elevator in the building as the rooms are on the 3rd floor. Highly recommend booking breakfast as the croissants are the best.

A much better option to a more distant hotel that forces you to rely on metro or taxis. It’s great to be within walking distance of everything you came to Rome to see (you’ll feel more comfortable staying out walking in the evenings). Plus, with its smaller size, Ara is pleasantly quiet and the staff’s attention isn’t divided amongst so many.

It s ok but will not recommend specially for first time visitor in Rome. Receptionist or staff are only available 9am-1pm in person otherwise you need to communicate thru WhatsApp. Unfortunately we booked for 5 nights and not able to get some help that I was expected (no concierge ) regarding the area. Room windows not sealed or closed tight that you can hear street noise in the middle of the night. You need to use 4 keys at night to get in to the building to your room. On a better side we were able to speak to a staff on the 3rd day and also got help thru WhatsApp for what we need. The place was clean

The location was excellent for our purpose of seeing the sites of Rome. Within walking distance to a great cafe for early coffee and pastry. Close to taxi stand, close to beginning of discovery of Rome sites. The room itself was not quite as advertised. Bed was fine, but the shower was right next to the bed, with the frosted side of windows directed to the bathroom area, not the bed side. Just awkward. The hotel attendant was helpful with information about restaurants etc. The transfer service to and from hotel was a must. Helped to be delivered and picked up at hotel. Location was a plus, lift to third floor helpful.
