As hotel inspector, below is my brief a summary of my stay
1, El Nido airport - hotel transfer Score 0 out of 10
Requested and hotel airport transfer for 1 person.
Hotel suggested Van transfer for P 1.200, as they have another car option for P1.000 which would be better suitable for 1 person, even so no Van arrived and I had to arrange private transfer,
2. Hotel to El Nido Ariport transfer - Score 10 out of 10
A very professional car transfer service
3. Food - score 8 out of 10
Excellent dinner food quality and great value for money for Philippine options. Tuna Tarte and Sisig Pork was outstanding, however non- Philippino breakfast food quality was poor, somehow better at hotel next door.
4. Hotel facilities - Score 5 out of 10
Beautiful gardens, nice pool, a large nice accommodation, however some room furniture requires maintenance, a very slow water flow in the shower. When I arrived TV was missing and no Internet for 3 days. Safe hard to operate.
5, Beach - Score 3 out 10
Beautiful views, however dirty beach and working vessels near by - not able to swim
6. Checking out - decided to leave earlier and stay a few days in Manila instead. During checking out hotel miscalculated my bill and overcharged. Requested refund but still awaiting on this. This is not a lot of money, but principle counts.
Hotel also did not offered some refund or compensation for my earlier departure
Overall ok stay, but unfortunately I would not consider to stay again.
