I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I arrived there at 4:45 am after a long flight, exhausted and just wanting to check-in to my room and rest, and found the door locked. I knocked, and someone who I believe was the manager came out and told me that I could not check in until 6:00 am due to their policy. Despite having already paid for the room, I was asked to wait outside on the street. I explained that I was not asking for an early check-in and that I had only a few hours until my check-out time, but my request was denied. The street was full of strange people shouting and chasing each other, which made me feel quite uncomfortable and unsafe. I knocked again, another person came out and told to come after 06:00 and just went back in. I tried to call the phone number at the door, but no one answered. I reached out to Expedia customer support, informing them of my situation, but they were unable to contact the hotel administration either. They advised me to find another hotel nearby, and they would try to arrange a refund the following day. Despite the inconvenience, I followed their advice and found another hotel to stay in for the night. However, two days later, I received an email from Expedia stating that the hotel refused to issue a refund, despite my having never used the room that I had paid for.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
