Our stay was very positive. Room was clean comfortable and efficient with microwave and refrigerator. Housekeeping did a good job. Located less than 5 miles from French quarter right on canal with the street car stop right outside the hotel doors. Walked to subway, a Vietnamese restaurant and WeDay for fish n wings.

Marvin is the best.
Marvin/Marvel was excellent his customer service was phenomenal I wish they had more people like him in the world I will stay there even if the hotel wasn’t at it’s best long as he is a part of your customer service team. He went over and beyond and his multi task skills is the best I ever seen in any establishment I ever visited I give him 20 stars because he was just that great

Didn’t have a card to gain access to room. Front desk tonya? Nice and the guy that works front desk we started off bad at check in but was good after. Valet guy works nights zero stars. Couldn't purchase anything. I was checked out and in Florida when anpther front desk called for a debit card. Maam im not even in Louisiana anymore.
