No water no coffee pots in the rooms (I reserved 3), nothing available at the vending area, breakfast served late 7:40 instead of 7:00 on saturday, no waffle maker available at the breafast zone... People is doing hteir best no complains on them.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE STAY. We checked out within 2 hours of checking in. Upon arrival, there was no one at the front but we were helped by a front desk person who was very nice and cordial. We received our room key and entered our room. My husband went back down to our car to gather a few more bags. He noticed some women lingering outside and made note of that. We ate take-out in our room as we did get in late and went to turn on the TV. The remote had missing buttons. We had to reset the toilet handle and noticed there was not safety lock/latch on the door. My husband and I did not feel comfortable and we have traveled to many locations in the US. My husband went downstairs to ask if we could move to a different Comfort Inn. While he was downstairs at the front desk there were 4 other complaints within a 10 minute time frame (cleanliness of room, missing fridge, etc.) We left within 2.5 hours and just booked our own room. Reached out to hotel.scom to request a refund and the property managers never got back with our booking company. We called the front desk Sunday (the next day) to ask for a refund for the 2nd night that we were not going to stay and the front desk stated she would call us back after reaching out to the manager. I've never received a call from this location. I have never been so dissatisfied and uncomfortable or unsafe at a booking. I read reviews prior to book but I suggest reading at least 6 months of reviews not just the last few months. Good Luck!

The room was average however the property wasn’t in the best condition, house keeping was very difficult to get ahold of, and the amenities where all closed or under repair during 2 week stay.
The good part was the continental breakfast offered some variety when available
