Dont pay for breakfast

So, first things first, it was clean and fresh. The listed price was a bout 400 euros for 2 people, 2 nights. Got a discount, so roughly 300 euros. This was for a standard room, breakfast included. So considering the overall pricepoint in lituania, this was quite expensive. Checkin: there was some hassle, when we arrived, there was noone there, needed to fill in a lot of stuff, and keycard did not work on first try. Otherwise fine Breakfast: honestly very mediokre. Staff was kinda rude, they ran out of stuff, coffe machine broke, etc. Everything felt very store bough, nothing made in house. Dont pay extra for this breakfast Cleaning: it was very clean, but they did not replace our soap, so we ran out of shampoo on the second day. Room: fresh, AC not super good though

Excelente locación en el casco histórico de Vilna

Posee muy buena ubicación para ir caminando a los principales sitios de interés en Vilna. Es un edificio restaurado maravillosamente; posee un excelente diseño arquitectónico, murales en sus paredes, y excelente mobiliario. Sus habitaciones son muy funcionales, con excelente decoración y los amenities imprescindibles para un viajero. Su desayuno buffet es variado y abundante. Su personal es muy amable, servicial y empático.

Lovley hotel with great staff

Nice hotel great staff handy to everything. Breakfast was really nice lots choices. We had 4th floor top room with a low sloping roof where it was inconvienent when getting out on one side if the bed. Not much of a veiw from the sky light. Very nice hotel.

The hotel is right at the centre of old town so easy to go back and forth from visits. Opens into the main road of old town full of tourists. Excellent location, clean room. This is a old building renovated to modern standards. Our main concern was the overtly ecofriendly gadgets installed in the room. The worst was the light control switches which we failed to master even after our 3 day stay. The light switches on automatically in the bathroom and goes off shortly after that leaving you in the dark. It is movement activated so if you are in the shower it will not detect movement so goes off so we have to come out and wave our hand at the sensor to switch on the light. Very unnerving and scary for my wife who is scared of the dark narrow rooms anyway. The air conditioner also switches off if no movement in the room to save power so at night the temperature would be much higher than the optimum we have set up in the first place. To get it started we have to get up and go to the bathroom ! Breakfast was adequate, room was clean. Cupboards were modern shell. No dedicated place to keep our suit cases i.e. no stand The security locker was also a modern gadget and is not intuitive. Overall the hotel will suit a Gen Z traveller than a middle aged couple like us who like the gentler things in life with predictive familiarity of house hold gadgets and electric switches.

Simply my favourite hotel across Europe!

A hotel I can’t give anything other than a glowing review for… I travel around Europe a lot for work and the Artagonist Art Hotel is simply my favourite, regardless of location, genuinely. I probably can’t do how much I love staying here justice but it feels each time (I think I’m up to 7 stays so far!) like I’m coming home. The hotel is exceptionally good value imo, the rooms beautiful and clean, the corridors enchanting and intimate, breakfast room and offering delicious, but the best thing about it is the staff. They just can’t do enough to make you feel welcome and enjoy your stay, and all the little touches (welcome liquor chocolates) and fancy artwork everywhere, with every room decorated slightly differently but with a very modern smarty style, are what make it such a great place to stay. Also very well situated in the beautiful Vilnius Old Town, with many restaurants and sights within walking distance - one specific recommendation for food is just maybe 100m walk away, Saint Germain, with its delicious French food. It’s so nice when the receptionists say „welcome back“, and I’d never consider staying anywhere else in Vilnius, now that I’ve been so blessed to have found this gem of a hotel - thank you Artagonist Art!
