The front desk area was terrible. I walked up to the "Front" desk, but since we were checked in to Hilton Gardens Inn, we were directed to go around to the "Back" desk? And, that person could not help us, because the person at the "Front" desk was "entering all the rooms" into their computers? I was told to "wait a minute, and step to the side", meanwhile a line formed and they were all helped and were able to check in, ahead of me? The front desk person continued to look over at me, but kept calling people from the line over to check in?

Good experience but way too pricey
I was very impressed with the front desk help and professionalism. The room
was pristine. The iron did not work though but it was nice that they had an ironing board and iron allocated for each room. The beds were relatively comfortable and the pillows were super comfy.The cleaning staff knocked and woke me up an hour and a half before check out time asking if I was checking out.I think they should have a list of who is checking out and or has checked out and not disturb guests.My only complaint is the price for the room.I believe the rates were jacked up due to a graduation that weekend that many guest were attending. Over $300.00 was excessive especially since breakfast was not included. The room was commensurate with what I have paid in the neighborhood of $220 in similar markets.

Great people but needs a little work
Beautiful hotel with polite and friendly staff. Room was clean. It had a large tub and separate shower. However the water never really got hot enough for me. My bed was also not very comfortable- you could hear the springs as you sit down on it. Also, My room was on second floor and I could hear loud music from parking lot after midnight. Finally breakfast was $18 but it appeared burnt (potatoes and eggs)so I went somewhere else to eat. There were other options close by that were cheaper like McDonald’s or Waffle House. Still it was a convenient option for my stay.

My stay was good! The hotel was quiet. I locked myself out with the night latch and my TV didn't work, but maintenance was there quickly both times. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately I was not able to find a phone number directly to the hotel before I checked in.

Not pleased with the Hilton
The hotel was surprised with our arrival. We booked a suite but were told since booking through Hotels & not direct that it was oversold and only a regular king was available. We had 2 kids that had to sleep on the floor. Called down to request linens to make a pallet and phones didn’t work. Had to load back up the kids to go down and get blankets. Breakfast was selected for an additional $10 upon booking but was actually $17.99 per adult for a continental style breakfast. We’re normally Marriott people but found this last minute & wont be back. Hopefully it was an overbooking issue and not common. Recommend calling before booking if needing a specific room type.

Such poor customer service!
We dealt with three staff members. They were not trained in good customer service. We were given a room with a blocked, unflushable toilet. No apologies. Bad, sullen attitude. No apology. The second room was okay. Then they charged us for parking which we did not use. We asked that charge to be removed. Sullen attitude again. Finally after 10 minutes of incompetence, a manager took over, but explained the "accountant" would have to remove the erroneous charge. No apologies. This place really has poor customer relations. We heatedly do NOT recommend it.

EXCELLENT STAFF SOME ROOM PROBLEMS
The staff were very helpful and friendly. They recommended an excellent restaurant. The room was not well cleaned and the shower difficult to operate. both need to be checked. Would we stay there again? YES! we would check out the room before accepting, which is our usual procedure. This visit was an emergency, minimizing the time we had for checking.

I didn’t get the room i selected. Hotel staff said it was Expedia team fault. I will try other travel teams next time to see if it is better. This happened again.
