It was a wonderful stay! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The hotel's pool is amazingly beautiful. It has a bit uphill distance from Patong beach but the hotel has free shuttle to bring you to Jungceylon Shopping Centre and Patong Beach. The facilities in the hotel are great, they have everything you need: toothbrush, coffee, snacks, and even a microwave to heat up our 7-11 food!

I booked this location because I thought it would be right in the middle of the places we wanted to go: Elephant sanctuary, beach, and Old Town. We wound up not going to the beach at all and it takes quite some time to reach Old Town from Fusion Suites. If you are going to the beach but don't need to stay on the beach, I think their location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Moo Hong was delicious and I want to go back for more.

We had mixed feelings about our stay. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good. However, we experienced issues with cleanliness. From the moment we checked into the room, it was very dirty. We had housekeeping every day, but it didn’t seem like they did much other than make the bed and give us new towels. The floor was full of sand every day. Sometimes housekeeping would come as late as 5 PM, which interfered with our plans for showering and getting ready. Photos were also taken of the hotel during our stay, which I understand may be necessary, but the pool was closed at certain times, leaving us stuck in our room. We were also given unclear and inconsistent information about the pool hours. On one occasion, we were told it would open at 10 AM, so we went to swim at that time, but then another staff member told us we were not allowed to use it. Overall, it was an okay hotel, but there were many small issues that became a bit overwhelming.

A perfect stay was had at Fusion Suites. The room, pool, breakfast and food was immaculate. The staff are so friendly and go out their way to help you with anything. Would 100% return. Only thing that lets Fusion Suites down is where it is located. You need to have a vehicle to leave the property as it is located on a very busy road with no path to walk. We hired a scooter to get around but if you opt for a car it’s extremely busy through Patong to get around. Likewise, it’s difficult to get transport at peak times (after 5pm). There is free parking at the hotel.

Getting to the property was easy, as it located on the main route between Kathu and Patong. The restaurant made my order wrong twice in a row. I ordered Butter Chicken from the sign, but it was confused for "Pad Thai Chicken". Check in and check out were seamless and the staff left a lovely welcome message and petal array on my bed before I arrived. If you want easy beach access, try elsewhere.

Some of the staffs were rude, when you are asking for help, they can’t stay to talk you, it’s seems like they are always in a hurry or they just ignoring you. The lady at the tour desk was amazing, she helps me but it was rushed out so the taxi was taking too long and she fully refund me with no problem.the kitchen stuff terrible, if you order something, they are refuse to make adjustments. I order a spicy chicken wings , they told me it comes with barbecue and I said can I have without the barbecue , they could not make that simple adjustments. Breakfast was good and again the kitchen stuff was rude. I couldn’t wait to leave this hotel. The room is not what i expected and again refuse to make any adjustments.
