I booked this location because I thought it would be right in the middle of the places we wanted to go: Elephant sanctuary, beach, and Old Town. We wound up not going to the beach at all and it takes quite some time to reach Old Town from Fusion Suites. If you are going to the beach but don't need to stay on the beach, I think their location is great. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The Moo Hong was delicious and I want to go back for more.

Wow, what an amazing experience I booked this hotel when I came to Thailand for my birthday trip. I’m so happy that this was the hotel that I decided to spend my birthday the staff was so kind and gentle. I felt so special they celebrated me for my birthday. Everything was just such a positive experience they were very accommodating welcoming and sweet. The staff takes care of the hotel daily. The food is very good I loved eating breakfast in the morning. Also, their dinner is good as well.. Anything you need they take care of you. This was truly an amazing stay thank you all for making my stay and birthday special 🥹❤️🙏

We enjoyed our time here the staff were very good and a great breakfast there is a shuttle bus which was really the only way to get down the hill to the town as the road was so busy the room were very nice and well equipped

Stopped over for 4 days on the way to Bangkok and booked this hotel as it had 5 star rating. When we checked in, we got a room that’s dusty, musky smell and there were marking on the bedsheet. We went to complaint to Expedia, took plenty of pictures of the dust. The next day the manager moved us to an upgraded room. It was super clean, gave us free breakfast for the duration of the stay. We were so happy with the service we ended up booking another 2 days on the way back from Bangkok.

Highly recommend staying at Fusion Suites. The staff are the most beautiful people and looked after us so well. The food was consistently delicious, including the breakfast buffet. The complementary shuttle service into Patong was so helpful too. There is also a tourism desk at the resort and Tanya helped us book a few tours and tickets at great rates. The rooms are spacious and clean. Being on the main road, we barely noticed any traffic noise either. Incredible views of Patong too. We had the most amazing and comfortable hotel staying at Fusion. We can't wait to come back.

Staff were Amazing, very friendly. Papa welcome us with a great smile and good energy she explained the house rules and escort us to the room giving us all information we need for our stay, Ice the waitress in the breakfast greating you with good Energy positivity and that smile 😊, great asset to the hotel we miss her on her days off, the others waiters they seemed shy not very talkactive but overall they were good. This is the hitel with a great location and best sunset view. Definitely will return. Thank you for having us.

This was the best hotel experience I have had around the world. I travel a lot, and it is nothing like feeling like you're at home. The staff was amazing from start to finish. Specifically Moana and Thanatcha. They welcomed me like sisters, and because of that I ended up extending my trip by an entire week longer. They were super knowledgeable about the area, and introduced me to their culture, traditions, and told me where to go. They went ABOVE and beyond for me each time, and I really would not have had the experience I needed if it wasn't for them. I felt like I made two sisters, and I will forever be in debt to them. The warmth made me feel at home, I loved the housekeeping staff as well, and the restaurant manager was incredible. They got my order right every time, and all of the restaurant staff was so pleasant and kind. I also was able to book my activities through the amazing Tanya, who was so nice, warm and kind. Do not look any further, you must stay here! The price, you cannot beat, and the quality is top tier. The surrounding hotels DO NOT COMPARE. I cannot wait to come back to Thailand this year and return back to my little home at this hotel.

I didnt like my room at all. They took me to all the way the bottom. My jaccuzi tub was dirty and i started smelling the toilet sewage which smell really bad. I really regretted booking that hotel even though some of the workers were really nice people.
