Awesome little place and clean Very courteous staff. The hotel also had loaner beach a hairs and umbrella, which is very convenient and will save you from spending $350 pesos a day to rent them. They even had courtesy tequila in the room!! Our new favorite place to stay in San Pancho!!!

I love this sweet little boutique hotel, exceptionally kind & accommodating staff, fabulous food and sweet access to a private pool nearby. We had the suite which was over the dining area-expect noise from the kitchen, local chickens,roosters & a barking dog. Always happy to return!

Lovely boutique hotel in downtown San Pancho. We really enjoyed our stay here. The food at the restaurant downstairs Bistro Organiko was fabulous!! It’s right in the road so if you are a light sleeper like I am, you’ll need to wear earplugs. I’d stay again.

If I could give Hotel Cielo Rojo 6 stars I would. I love this hotel. The rooms are warm and inviting and the staff are welcoming. We stayed here for a Valentine's getaway and loved it! Everything about it is clearly intentionally curated. It was so beautiful. The room was lovely, though a little loud in the morning, but not bad at all for the location. Very convenient to everything in San Pancho though a short walk (about 8 or so min) to the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful and our meals there were lovely. There is a pool but it's not on the property so it's walk to get there. Overall it was a little smaller than anticipated but makes up for space in charm. The property was well maintained, tidy, clean and artistic in a unique and pleasing way. Most relaxing place of our 3 different accomodations in San Pancho. A very sweet place to stay.

This is a gem of a property. We felt so safe and nurtured at this beautiful hotel. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was perfect for our family of four. The rooms are decorated with such charming, old style Mexico features, and the food and service was beyond our expectations. It's a great location as it's a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. If you're looking for a modern hotel with a pool scene, this is not your place. But if you're looking for a special, local boutique hotel with charm and exceptional service and food, you will not be disappointed!

Hotel Cielo Rojo is a beautiful environment. Each room is thoughtfully designed and feels like home. There are sitting spaces in common spaces on each floor that are also beautiful. The restaurant on the first floor is inviting, surrounded by plants and art, and in the evening it is candle lit. It is welcoming and relaxing. And the food is prepared from scratch, farm to table and mostly organic. It is definitely a restaurant not to miss. And then there is the staff - they are excellent and their attention to detail is amazing, they are kind and welcoming. Hotel Vielo Rojo is one of my favorite hotels.

A spectacular spot, the best aspects of a bohemian travel spot and simple luxury for a super affordable price. The staff is wonderful, and there's a great little gift shop if you are stumped for gifts by the end of your trip. The complimentary breakfast was so fresh and yummy. Right in the heart of town, 5 minute walk to the beach, but you may not want to leave the hotel. Extra pluses: -The air conditioning works great -The shampoo, conditioner, and soap are all high quality and smell heavenly -Intimate lounging spots around the three stories plus a well stocked take one-leave one library -Board games -Excellent hotel restaurant in general -Free tequila waiting in your room -Strong WiFi, fast enough for streaming and Zoom -Just off the main drag enough that it's quieter I can't wait to stay here again!
