Hotel is very good. Food and service is excellent. But it has become old and needs lots of service, maintenance and upkeep.

You cannot go wrong with Marriott Holidays
It was great vacation we had with family. The food was great and service was extremely good with Mr Rajput at the Buffet restaurant was extremely polite and helpful. The rooms were perfect and we had very relaxing stay. Only thing missing was foot rest for the chair. It would have been super with that.

Amazing Stay At W Goa
W Goa is one of the most amazing properties in Goa. This place has a quirky architecture and their rooms are quite spacious and sunlit! Direct beach access comes handy. Moreover, this resort is quite close to all the party places in North Goa which I think is their USP. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Laxmi was our connector and go to person for all our needs throughout the stay. She connected with me on WhatsApp which made the conversation super easy. She also went over and above and guided us to find best cafes, markets, pubs etc. in Goa. I highly recommend this place, especially for young crowd.

Poor Buffet Breakfast Service
Poor Buffet Breakfast Service due to lack of waiting staff, my advise to the management to not overburden the existing staff, they should increase the people in direct service rather than just focusing on welcoming only.

Property under maintenance, they not informed us , we booked for 2 nights but we checkout before 1 night, hotel digging in garden but no sign board for instructions and not informing us at time of booking, not value for money.

Some services were beyond excellent some weren’t. I sometimes had to wait for a cart for almost 10 mins, the drivers of the golf carts are there but don’t seem in any haste to cart people up n down to the entrance of the hotel, which is sad!!

Downgraded Room Category
The hotel didn’t have the bookings when we reached. They made us wait for an hour before they gave us the rooms. Also, they didn’t give us the promised rooms which were already paid for on hotels.com, and instead of upgrading us to a better category, they actually put us in a category lower which was the base category. I am a good
Member of both hotels.com and Marriott, and I do not understand this kind of service from
a hotel of this stature.
It is never about the mistakes that happen, but how they are dealt with and what solutions are provided.

Horrible stay at the W
It was supposed to be a couples retreat but did not turn out so. We booked a cottage room.
Causes of concern
1.) Cleanliness and hygiene go for a toss when you find a live cockroach in the mini bar
2.) Safety was another issue. Please check if there is an event taking place at the property before booking. We had to suffer through the effects of Sunburn. We had a drunk and wet stranger knocking on our door at the middle of the night asking if this was the W.. called the security and they eventually caught him .. but it’s not what you expect from a 5 star hotel
3.) the lights will randomly switch on and off .. so be prepared for your electronic equipments to get messed up
