Aså det var så små saker som gjorde det super lyxigt, ingången, personalen, kaffekopparna, förberett vattenflaska i kylen för oss och badrummet var så fint, nackdelen var kanske frukosten, smidigt att beställa men det var inte den bästa, för en litet tilltugg bra men skippa frukost och ät ute istället, hotelet är så värt allt ändå

Hôtel très bien située et bien desservi par les transports en commun. Personnel formidable, très accueillant merci beaucoup ! Accès et infos de l’hôtel très bien communiqué avant le séjour. Personnel joignable et disponible via whatsap. Chambre climatisé , sent bon et globalement propre. Je recommande. Je relève 3 détails négatifs pour la propreté : - Beaucoup de poussière sur les murs, entre les meuble, vers les coin des de fenêtres. - Une tache de sang sur la couette - Si on demande le nettoyage de la chambre le lit est fait , les serviettes changé mais le sol n’est visiblement pas aspiré à chaque passage. Je recommande cet hôtel et y reviendrais moi même un jour . Merci

Excelente ubicación e instalaciones.

Todo estuvo excelente. Los únicos detalle fue que el agua de la regadera no se iba bien y esa área se inundaba rápidamente. Y el elevador se descompuso justo a la hora que hicimos el checkout. Pero el cuarto el servicio y todo en general estuvo perfecto.

Small hotel with new rooms and friendly staff

Clean renovated rooms in a shared building with other hotels and tenants. Staff is very friendly and location is central. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and new. Breakfast is served in the room with no dining area. Over all a good stay but having more upfront clarity on the hotel setup i.e. few rooms in a small section of a floor in a shared building, would have set the right expectations.

Roam around in Rome

Location, 10/10. Safe and secured building with lift. Looks exactly like the photos on the website. Spacious for one person. Slow draining shower I was able to fix by covering the drain opening, then used my foot to create a tight seal and forcefully push down to create pressure. Yes I was able to fix this but a routine check is the hosts responsibility. Comfort - AC and H&C water is 10/10. Room was clean upon check in. However I requested house keeping 2 days after and they did not clean the room completely and just replace the towels and trash bin. Hair and dirt still all over the floor. Receptionists were very courteous. Explained check in and out process clearly. Also provided information if there’s an emergency. I’m sure drainage issue and housekeeping deficiency is an easy fix so I still recommend this place.

Everything you could need

Had everything we needed (deeply appreciated the in room kettle, in room fridge, coffee, shared water filter machine, and use of adapter when we realized we forgot ours) and reception was very kind and helpful. Very quiet location through a courtyard and bed was comfortable and room was super clean. The only hiccup was that the shower didn’t drain properly so out of consideration, felt compelled to shut the water off while soaping up to avoid flooding the bathroom or causing possible damage to lower floor- I guess that made it eco-friendly, ha! Great option for what we needed.

So glad we chose this hotel. Perfectly located, safe , quiet and spacious room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Make sure you get directions on how to reach reception- it can be a bit confusing upon arrival as there is more than one hotel in the building.

Good stay except air conditioning.

Staff was helpful and professional. Room was clean and in good order. They do have air conditioning, but it is very limited. After being out hot and humid city all day, it would be preferred to come back to a room that cools you down while you sleep.

We recently stayed at the Relais Servo Tullio and would recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. The property was very good at communicating in advance and the location was excellent. While it was a bit difficult to find initially and it's on the 5th floor with a small elevator, this all added to the charm and we truly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and much larger than we expected, and the air conditioning worked very well - which is not very common in Italy. We would definitely recommend staying here.
