This is an apartment in a quiet new condo building - modern, clean and comfortbale. It is like a hotel room with a small kitchen attached. The building is in a quiet area of Hua Hin, near the beach and close to convenience stores and some restaurants. The pool is good as is the wifi.
There were some problems that should be fixed. Check-in was unimpressive, after agreeing to a long list of condo rules (none of them unreasonable) they just handed over a set of keys with no indication even what the room number is and the bunch of keys had several conflicting number tags. The building's room numbering scheme is quite confusing - it's hard to tell even what floor the room is on - which caused us to end up wandering around the building for about 10 minutes before finding the room.
There were problems with the toilet - at first there was no water supply into it at all (I addressed by turning a valve near the floor) but then the tank wouldn't fill after flushing. A guy was sent to reset the valve which solved the problem but from then on when it was flushed the tank the water would keep running for about 10 minutes. We just put up with it since we didn't want to waste time waiting for it to be fixed again.

Worst Stay Ever!
It was a first day in Hua Hin and we had high expection on Baan Peang Ploen as it seemed to be nice and relaxing from the pictures. It was a raining day and we arrived around 2:30pm.
We showed our booking reference together as passports to the staffs. While they replied they couldn’t find our record. We advised them to do a double check as we had indeed reserved a room.
BAD customer service and attitude from the staffs. I suggested them to arange other room for us as we need to settle down after a long day travel. However, the staffs still gave us the same answer, saying they couldn't do anything with check-in.
I was annoyed and mad as we had booked the room for 2 nights and it felt like we had been kicked out from our reserved place.
I yelled if we had to stay on streets while the staffs was still doing nothing. It was impossible at that time to cancel the booking with refund so we insisted until we ‘get back’ our room.
Finally after a long wait we could do the check-in.
TIME WASTED.
After check-in, we found out there was no flushing water, tap water and telephone in the room!!! And I had to go down to report for the terrible staffs again!
NO apologies from the staffs; Impolite and Unprofessional services. Worst stay ever.
