Very Poor
Before I book this hotel, I noted that someone has commented the door lock is malfunctioned sometimes. Badly, I have also assigned an room with a broken door lock and always locked myself outside the room. The worst is there is never hostel staff stationed at the hotel, I can only seek help from hotels.com and contact for the hotel for the malfunctioned lock. The staff came quickly and fixed, however, it happened again after the staff left. It destroyed my holiday in Finland by spending my time on the door lock testing. I will never stay there again even there is the only hotel in Helsinki.
