On arrival staff were pleasant and check in was swift,no information given about local area etc
We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated,this was to the room which has the ‘balcony’,as others mentioned it’s tiny, can only just make it through the door.
When we got to the room it was baking hot,but the aircon hadn’t been on so we thought it would just need time to cool down... the aircon is probably the worst I’ve had in Asia,the room didn’t get properly cool the whole time we stayed,unfortunately I wasn’t too well when there so we had to stay an extra night. The fridge is also only on when you are in the room and the keycard is in the slot so no coming back to a nice cold drink!
We also found breakfast somewhat disappointing,full menu was not available and it was a choice of eggs or eggs which my stomach isn’t good with.
It’s a shame as our room was nice otherwise but these issues mean that I wouldn’t return.
