Even that we had a miscommunication between management and myself, I can say that it was one of the most amazing nights I had in Puerto Rico. I will stay here anytime and will recommend 100% to anyone.

Hotel suites as advertised, we had a great stay. Plenty of towels provided, nice neighborhood, close to airport, close to San Juan. Easy access. We really had a wonderful time. I will 100% recommend The only thing I found I should have contacted them prior arrival because I arrived at 10:30pm. There was a bit of issue contacting the hotel, I called about 4 times before I could speak to someone.

Thank you for being an amazing host. The property was clean inside and out. The bed was clean and there were plenty of towels courtesy of the host. There is a small patio area that was perfect for enjoying the weather.

Very disappointed at arrival. Pictures at booking were not of what we experienced. A case of false advertising. We did arrive early and appreciated being able to leave our luggage. We attempted to communicate prior to request this, but never heard back until check in info was texted. Also, kitchen amenities and cleanliness were sub par to say the least.

The property was nice. However, the property manager is rude and lacks good communication skills. She kept insisting she sent me directions to get into the property when she didnt, hung up on me twice when attempting to enter and couldnt give clear information on how to access keys nor which keys to use. She also couldnt find the hosuekeeping staff to assist when i provided my arrival time in advance to ensure someone was present.

whoever manages the property was extremely nice, the communication in the English was amazing. They had a worker working outside. He was extremely nice. He helped me find a good place even though it was hard to communicate with each other. He showed me where to find sea turtles. I would definitely revisit this property. Thank you so much for the nice stay. I felt safe and I traveled alone with just me and my daughter. I definitely will return. Thank you so much Segovia Studios.

The property was fairly easy to find, and the accommodation of helping us enter a unit five hours early because our documentation wasn’t clear upon check-in was an extreme service. Instructions were easy, and the room was just what we needed in between traveling. Thank you very much!

We stayed for only a night. It was pretty average - not exceptional. Not very cleanly - we saw dirt and grime in corners and in the kitchen. Very few windows so the bedrooms were completely dark even in the day time. I'd say it's only worth staying for a night between travels. I would not recommend for a longer stay
