This place is a gem! They are small studio apartments but very spacious and clean! They were others staying next to us and we did not hear them at all! They also have coin operated laundry onsite and parking! The perk about this gem is that it is in a neighborhood and the neighbors are awesome, one neighbor feeds the chickens in the morning and night so you get a first-hand experience to feeding them! It is safe and very quiet the police station is a block away. The a.c. was awesome and the water pressure was good. We saw a couple of ants but nothing too concerning! We will be booking again.

This was a great first night stay when we came. The neighborhood is a bit questionable but the property is nice, clean, great communication. We were pleasantly surprised expecting two beds in one room and it had 2 rooms with separate beds. Love that the parking was so close to doors. I would stay here again.

Great spot for solo travellor or couple

Property is near the airport, great for overnight stays if you dont want to hunker down in terminal. The spot is modern and comfortable. Would recommend. Excellant short stay spot as well...i would go back.

We stayed here for one night after flying into San Juan. The place was fine except that after following the instructions to get into the key box, there was no key for our unit. We stayed in a different one, which was ok.

This was one of best stays off of a resort, reading some of the previous review I was definitely nervous but there was no need to be. This was an amazing stay I want to thank the property owner for being responsive and helpful Stay here you won't regret it
