The Amalfi apt is small and very stylish. Well equipped, great bed and very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again when in Cheltenham.

Great aesthetic & location, but missing the basics

Great location, great style and aesthetic, easy entry with the access codes, clean room. However, the room stank of damp likely due to the air conditioning unit. The bed was a memory foam mattress, which gave little to no support to my back. Everyone has different mattress preferences but definitely not my preference at all, woke up with a bad back. The flush button on the toilet was broken, the soap dispensers in the showers also didn't work.

Excellent stay in Cheltenham

Very comfortable centrally located Cheltenham serviced apartments. Very good facilities in the room. Air conditioned. We were visiting the Cheltenham Science Festival. The on-site manager, Roy, was very helpful throughout our stay.

Lovely stylish apartment with bedroom; living room, private bathroom and kitchen facilities. Perfect location for the town and with parking close by. Easy self check in and out. Very comfortable and nice luxury touches with robes, slippers, wide choice of tea and coffee, and an array of quality toiletries. Would definitely return. Would appreciate instructions for Nespresso as coffee came out cold. Other than that it was a perfect stay, many thanks.

Highly Recommend!!

Just returned from a long weekend in Cheltenham and stayed here in the tuscany suite. Was great value for money and would love to come back again. Booking was easy and updates / information prior to the booking was good. On the day we were waiting to check in, got a nice courtesy call giving us all the information we needed for our room and that the air con had been left on to cool the room. We found the hotel easily enough and the apartment did not disappoint. Very spacious and had everything we needed. Everything was clean and tidy and the bed / furniture was nice quality and comfortable. Location was perfect and was a short walk to the brewery quarter and town centre. Would recommend to anyone and will hopefully be back soon!

I absolutely loved my stay at Strozzi Palace and will definitely stay again. Minor things which could’ve addressed were that the balcony area and chair cushions need some attention but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was lovely and the staff were great. I’d highly recommend.

A great place for a weekend break

The apartment was very central and was well designed and clean . The bed was very comfortable. We had a small outside space which could do with some attention but a nice touch as the room was rather warm. Our room was on the 2nd floor and accessed by stairs. Communication prior to our visit was clear and helpful. We enjoy the freedom of self catering and the apartment was well equipped. We met the man in reception as we left and he was friendly but otherwise we did not need any assistance during our stay. Altogether a good experience and excellent value. Would use again.

Stylish if small apartment with good kitchen amenities. Some milk sachets would have been a nice addition. Very handy for town centre and the festival I was attending. Some street noise during the night. Check-in via an app but communication was excellent in this regard. Would use again.

Absolutely excellent

Fantastic place to stay just steps away from all the restaurants, bars and shops of Cheltenham. Despite being so central, our Siena suite was amazingly quiet. Super stylish decor with a kitchen corner generously supplied with various teas plus 2 coffee makers and coffee - and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. Superking very comfortable bed and big white fluffy towels. Roy the concierge was very helpful and there is good secure parking that can be booked for an extra payment. Excellent value for a luxurious stay and I would definitely stay there again.
