Decent room but staff are not helpful

The room itself is nicely decorated. The hotel is located in the heart of taksim. Yet there’s many pubs nearby which make it quite dirty and noisy at night. Staff is not quite helpful. We asked one if the staff to make a reservation for a table of a restaurant but they never get back to us. On the day we left we asked the staff to book a taxi to the airport. At first the staff said the Taxi will arrive in 10-20mins. After 30 mins they said the Taxi is not coming and asked us to get the taxi by ourselves.

The duplex room we had was very clean and very comfortable loads of room for 2 people and the bed was massive the only downside was the room was very dark as only had 2 lamps in each corner in the seating area so you couldn’t read

Très bel hôtel

Le personnel est très gentil. C’est très propre et la décoration est tres sympa ! L’hôtel est hyper bien situé. Petit bemol sur la situation de notre chambre placée au dessus de la salle du petit dejeuner, la musique trop forte nous a réveillée chaque matin à 7h... pas top quand tu veux pas te lever aussi tôt ! Et pour monter à l’étage l’escalier est bien raide et sans rampe donc un peu dangereux.

Ze hebben prachtige ruime kamers. Het personeel is heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kamers zijn stil maar het hotel is heel centraal. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf en als we weer naar Istanbul gaan, hoop ik weer hier te kunnen verblijven.

Everything was nice,the hotel was clean, the only problem was the location, The hotel we stayed at was across from a brothel. It felt a bit unsafe, especially at night, with the line of people waiting to get in and the intimidating faces of those lingering around, seemingly waiting for their turn. Beside this,everything was nice.

Jewel box boutique hotel with attentive staff

My beautiful junior suite bathroom floor was constructed with no slant. Every shower flooded the bathroom like a lake. Upon complaining, they upgraded me at no cost to a very lovely suite. The staff couldn't have been more attentive or kind. The hotel itself is quite stunning in its decor. The public areas are endlessly charming. The elevator required a room key card adding an additional later of security. The location of this hotel is supurb for tourism. It would be my pleasure to stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean big rooms, excellent shower, good bed, quitte room, two tv’s, fridge, enough closet space. Very near of Taksim Square. Breakfast was delicious with enough healthy and fresh choices. I would definitly go back to this location.

We enjoyed our stay sooooo much. The staff team was absolutely amazing. I even felt so emotional about leaving because the staff made us feel so welcome. We appreciated to hospitality so much, especially Gokhan, he is AMAZING!! For the rest, the housekeeping was great, the room was clean. The breakfast team was so sweet as well.
