Una estancia excelente
En general todo fue excelente, limpieza, comunicación y comodidad, solo que el hotel deberia de indicar algunos procesos mas claro como el cambio de toallas, luego es confuso, adicional el hotel deberia de agregar lugares para secado de ropa, de ahi la ubicacin inmejorable y el personal miy amable

An idiot at reception
The first room was horrible. The only windows faced the reception area, so there was no natural light at all. The guy at the reception was also an idiot—he constantly gave us false information about the Wi-Fi, parking, and the possibility of getting another room with natural light, yet somehow everything was our fault. However, the lady at the reception was very helpful. Be careful when booking a room—two-bedroom rooms have no windows to the outside at all. The new room we got was good.

Grand Fifty, Playa del Carmen
Lovely kitchenette suite here ... except for extreme shortage of drinking glasses and bowls for breakfast. They did supply more, but acted like wanting a second bowl and more than just two coffee mugs was an unusual request. The room itself and bed were just fine, though, and the rooftop pool was terrific. A block away was a lengthy pedestrian mall that seemed to stretch forever and was great to walk, full of shops and restaurants, and to beaches if you wanted.

Gran opción de Hotel en Playa del Carmen
Es una gran opción si quieres estar en el Centro de Playa del Carmen, cerca de las playas pero no tan cerca de la zona de fiesta de Playa. Son departamentos de muy buen tamaño, todo funcionando, su alberca es de buen tamaño y con gran vista al mar. Además de que tiene estacionamiento y todo te queda cerca. Es la segunda ocasión que nos quedamos y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Nice aparthotel.
Great stay, the aparthotel was just a little dated with some bits needing a refresh. All clean and tidy and the pool area is nice. Would have been great if the bar was open up there as well! Gym has a good amount of machines and weights as well.

A propriedade tem uma ótima estrutura mas peca um pouco pelo serviço. Pedimos toalhas de rosto por vários dias e só colocaram no último. Precisamos pedir toalha pra todos pq também não havia no quarto. Encontramos um escorpião no banheiro. É na esquina da quinta avenida mas em uma parte que não é tão movimentada.

When we arrived the front desk did not ask to help with our language, that was my first bad impression. Then when we went to the room, the room was nothing like in the pictures, the room was so so dark and had some insects products smell in it. There was no hangers and no hand towels. When I went to call the phone was not working and was unplugged. I went downstairs to tell them, The good part was when I wanted to take a shower it was no hot water at all. I stayed with no shower for 2 days. The internet was not working too. Over all the hotel was horrible and the rooms were not clean as well. When we left money to the front desk and the cleaning crew then we got some of the work done.

Lovely, cozy rooms with everything you need for a long stay. Close to the 7/11 up on 5th for necessities/water and also Chedraui grocery store only 11 minute walk on 10th. Quiet area of Playa away from all the bar noise and crowds. Rooftop pool area is beautiful and relaxing. Towels are provided for pool. We did not have any problems with wifi, we even used our fire stick which worked perfectly. Area around property is not beautiful due to construction but they don’t start til later in the morning. We were never awoken by construction noise. Very nice staff at this hotel and no one bothers you. We had do not disturb on our door and we were left alone. Excellent experience all around. We have been to Playa over a dozen times. Stayed at all inclusives and apartment hotels, this hotel and area was our favourite. No set schedules like resorts, cooked our own meals, slept excellent and were not harassed every two minutes by vendors.

Everything was great. We would definitely go back. The only issue we had was that we were not communicated re: pool towels until we heard this from other hotel guests. Also it would be nice if there is an option to rent beach chairs & umbrella with minimal fees.
