Fair.
When checking in, though some issues of booking (I booked two rooms, but they only received one), the owner still try his best to solve. Good location; quiet in alley and near the ancient town. Cleaness could be better. Closet in bathroom is dusty; air conditioner is moldy; cockroachs and mosquitoes in the room. In sum, by standard of just a homestay, I will still recommend.

Nice Hotel and good price.
Staff was very polite and helpful. They could communicate in English. One of them speaks Mandarin. Being a budget "hotel", the room is spacious. It's quiet. There are many restaurants around, with English menu and price shown. Food quality is reasonable. Hoi An Ancient Town is within 15-20 minutes walking Distance.

Great Homestay!!!
It is far beyond our expectation!!! The price is cheap but the service is excellent. The room and bathroom is clean and spacious. Staffs are helpful and nice. We just feel like home during our stay in there.

Great, value for money home stay
This was a lovely home stay, very close the the old quarter in Hoi An. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. They gave us good advice about things to do Hoi An. The rooms are great value for money, we would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 3 nights Lovely place , lovely staff and a nice home from home feel . The rooms whilst basic were comfortable and clean . The bathrooms are large with excellent showers . There is a pool downstairs and it’s semi open . The water was freezing but I did go in winter . They offer a range of services including laundry , transport and tour bookings . Few minutes to the old town . No complaints and would happily stay again

Despite the off road entrance, first and second floor with no lift, the room (#204) was amazing...large, 2 double beds, shower that drained, air con. Swimming pool a life saver.

Located down an alley. It is nothing but a delight. Staff was extremely helpful with all of our needs - shopping, dining and transportation. We were located far enough away from the main road that is was not loud. We were only a 10min walk away from the old town. Plenty of great restaurants near NuNi hotel.

Bien situé
Tres bon rapport qualité prix. Situé dans un petite rue ne donnant pas directement sur l'axe passant, cela permet plus au calme pour dormir. Bien localisé pour le prix car a seulement 5 minutes a pieds du quartier animé. Le gros avantage de cet hotel c'est que sa piscine est couverte et donc l'eau et vraiment rafraîchissante ! La reception nous a autorisé a laisser les bagages le jour de notre départ et la possibilité de prendre une douche et/ou un bain dans la piscine lorsqu'on venait les recuperer...vraiment top !
