I loved that it was close to many shopping areas and a reaspnable distance from 2 train stations. The staff were absolutely amazing and friendly and even though it was little, i was incredibly thankful that they were able to print off my Shinkansen tickets. Honestly if i come back to Osaka i would stay here again.

Good value for money. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. A little far from the station. Convenient for the outlet mall and there is a good variety in the food court there. Quality of the breakfast could be improved.

Wonderful arrangement

My 80+ father-in-law was not able to stand into the bath tub to have shower. After discussing with the hotel staffs, immediately they change him to another room with old-folk friendly facilities but the room was much more bigger than the first one without additional charges. Eventually, my father-in-law enjoyed his stay very much. Arigato gozaimashita to all the staffs in The Premium Hotel in Rinku.

This was a very nice small Hotel across the road from the Osaka Outlet which was perfect for our last days to get some good deals. It is about 15 min walk from train station.The staff were very helpful in helping me get to the hospital with the minimal English they had. Cleaning services was great even if you request to not get your room cleaned they put a basket full of the essentials for you to take inside and use. Just the room walls are a little thin and we could here our neighbours loud and clear 😅

Far for airport, close for outlet mall

The quality is good for the price, but it is far away from the train station, but it is right beside the outlet mall. If they have charged shuttle bus, it will be very nice.

The air conditioner was not working properly. BUT the front desk brought up a portable AC, which was very nice of him. The shower had no place to put a towel. The mats for sleeping were and even when doubled up, the sleeping surface was still hard. Staff is very nice

We had already paid online but when we arrived we were asked to pay an additional fee in cash. It was 9pm at night and they wouldn’t let us check in until we went to find a convenience store to get cash out to pay them. It was New Year’s Eve.

The room was very spacious and clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that the room slightly smelled it cigarettes when I walked in. But opening the window and turning the AC on helped a lot. Also sadly the beds were way too hard! I fell asleep only because I came from a 16 hour flight and and was tired but those beds are way too hard for my taste. But the size of the room is amazing for what you pay for.

The hotel looks like a warehouse. It's quite far from the piblic transportation. There is an outlet mall in front, but limited choices of restaurant. The closest SevenEleven closes at 8pm. Inconvenient so you need to be prepared before night time.

Everyone spoke fluent English!!!!! Which is very rare in Japan! LOCATION! Property and amenities is the best I’ve experienced while visiting Japan(7 days) we stayed here for two nights! Steak house around the corner recommended by a staff was excellent! Small plate style, which was great you got to taste everything and order more of your favorite dish. Super duper cheap!!!! Only cost around $35 with amazing red wine! WOW Train station and bus stop was couple of minutes from the hotel. It is like apartment style. I do believe it was an apartment complex. Laundry was a plus but dryer had no heat(idk if it’s a traditional thing or not?!) took a long time to dry but we didn’t mind!

成楝酒店睇落似番新左，但燈光較黑暗，距離車站較遠的路程，但勝在有停車場，揸車就方便，如果想去outlet度掃貨拖住全部戰利品來來回回，都幾辛苦吓，到晚上outlet的通道全部封鎖要繞道行去酒店，酒店職員不懂得英文態度亦不積極，懶懶閒的，但房間比較大，在地上打開三個行李箱亦都夠位，這個是唯一的好處，還要比200日圓稅款唔知點解，大家入住時請留意
