I stayed first time in this hotel, all of staffs are always try to do best service, it is the most impressive for me, breakfast is good for Pho Bo and other western and Vietnamese dishes I really enjoyed. Facility is very old but try to clean up good conditions, if possible, could you please put 1 or 2 laundry machine with detergent and rinse in that case more better for many tourists and business trip persons, so far I think one of the best reasonable hotel in Saigon, cheers,

The food for breakfast was great! The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room had ants crawling on the tables but was clean for the most part. Location was great! I would recommend coming back again.

The Aristo Saigon was located in a convenient location within 10 minute walk to the War Remnant Museum and major Shopping Centres. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was 6/10 could have a bit more choice. I totally enjoyed my stay and the Steam Bath and Spa were great for relaxation after a long day sightseeing. The massage at the Spa was very good also. Thank you for making my stay in Ho Chi Min so comfortable and pleasant.

Great Hotel

This hotel is top-notch booked at the last minute as we had booked into another hotel that had sold our rooms and then downgraded us. Through hotels.com we got a really great deal. I can't fault this hotel at all thank you Hotels.com and thank you management and staff of the Aristo.

Lovely hotel in good location.. friendly and polite team. Breakfast was the only slight negative. They did not appear to.have food heaters so food was luke warm at best. However, that was only a minor issue as they had freahly cooked.egg station. If you have walking issues then breakfast may be an issue as elevator stops one floor below and you have stairs to.climb, so something worth bearing in mind.

Don't stay at Aristo Saigon

Every employee at the front desk was rude and never smiled or acknowledged us when we left or walked into the hotel. Pamela and another older lady at the front desk were so condescending and rude to me when I asked to extend my stay one night and was ready to pay. Then another day Pamela was only nice to me because I wanted to book a tour with her. Room and bathroom are just average. The thermostat is so old it was hard to figure out how to use it and every time you get back to the room it's hot and humid and you have to turn on the A/C and wait for it to cool down the room. At the breakfast buffet I asked the "chef" for a sunnyside up egg and he returned an already fried egg from a plate back to his pan and warmed it up that way?? I didn't eat any of the hot foods because they were so bad. The coffee was bad every morning. Stay somewhere else if you want hospitality and decent service from employees.
