Great value and location
Lovely welcome, couldn't have been any more helpful - Thank you !! Great location as its walking distance from St Peters Square or to the Vatican Museum, and around 10 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. For a budget break to Rome, clean and functional and great service, you cant beat this.

This is not a real hotel but a B&B in a step down from pavement level establishment. No external sign. Big park across the street and a bit challenging to find especially at night. The room was decent in size and the property manager worked hard to make sure me and wife were taken care off even in off hours. Walking distance to the Vatican. Recommend taxi or Uber to other tourist attractions or train station.

Amazing hostess for local restaurants, transportation, etc. Really she made the stay in Rome so much easier. The units themselves felt upscale and very clean, lots of room and a comfy bed. We could hear voices through walls but it was not an issue for us. Felt like a great value.

Starting with some helpful advice before we arrived, to some lovely friendly staff, our stay was wonderful. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay, despite being centrally located we very rarely heard traffic, we were left some lovely little touches to make our stay special. Thank you Camilla!

First, the owner/manager was fantastic. She was helpful in every way possible. We had issues with the WiFi in our room and she went out of her way to provide an alternate solution. Secondly, if I could offer any advice, it would be to invest a very small amount of money on the tv in the room. The tv on the wall was about the size of a laptop and was not a smart tv. Having a bigger tv with applications would have made the evening time experience more enjoyable. It’s the way that about every hotel we stay in operate. But for the positive side, the location of the hotel is top notch and extremely accessible to all the major sites. The room was very comfortable and the shower was amazing. There is unlimited dining options within easy walking distance. And as I stated, the manager made us feel like family and really valued our experience. It’s a hotel that I would definitely recommend.

The property is a little hidden but that’s what makes it even better and cute! Staff is great and very kind, personal and helpful mom and daughter duo I am assuming! Give us great pizza recommendations! It is a very quiet nice room and seems to be pretty central to everything as we walked 1.2km or 1 mile to Trevi fountain and now walking 1.2km to Vatican City! Would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was so lovely, providing coffee, spritz and snacks when we returned in the afternoon after a day of exploring the city. My only recommendation would be to bring ear plugs bc you are at ground level with cars driving by all hours of the night. But that’s not anything that can be controlled, you’re in the city.

Hard times for sleeping
I had big problems sleeping, because og non existing sound isolation. You can hear your neighbours sneezing… There are no carpets at all, only the tiles. It means all the sounds amplified and it’s cold for your feet. Because it is semi-basement there’s not daylights enough. At the other hand it’s too light at night because of the lights from the street. Unfortunately there’s no blinds. The location is ok ( close to bus stops). There is no breakfast, but you get a 2 euro tickets for the cafe. There is a fridge and a teakettle at the room.

The hotel is very well appointed. You can easily walk to all the main attractions in Rome. Getting there is super easy too. Book return tickets on the Sit Shuttle Bus. Costs around £22 for 2 people. Book tickets for the Vatican stop. It drops you off literally 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Return trip goes from across the road where you have breakfast in the cafe. So easy. Camilla is lovely. Very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. She’ll go out of her way to help. We highly recommend this little hotel.
