Whan I booked the hotel I paid upfront with the understanding that I could cancel right up to the day before arrival. Tried before going to cancel the last night as having to come home early (should have been able to according to my original booking) but told they could not do it. Tried again to cancel when we got there and told they could not do it either as it was a special rate (complete lie). Lady manager told me that we had paid for breakfast and then at the end charged me for it.
Surprised that they said they didn't speak English considering the hotel full of English and American tourists.
Out of pocket by 150 Euros. Will never recommend this hotel and owners and will never stay with Ibis again.
