I have stayed in this hotel twice due to its excellent location.
First time it was brilliant, the reception staff, the service staff and everyone else was really welcoming and ready to help in any possible way.
The second time, things unfortunately took a downturn, we requested for an early check-in temporarily in a smaller room just to freshen up and despite having the rooms available we were told that no rooms are available even though we were willing to pay extra for even a few hours.
The hotel staff this time weren't as keen and as accommodating as it was the first time. There was never a response from the reception staff when we tried to call a few times from the room and had to always pop down to talk to the staff. The Adhan and Prayer speaker wasn't working in our room and took a while for it to work.
In future, I am not sure if I would stay at this same hotel, there are plenty of other options around so may be a different one next time.

Top hôtel très proche du Haram
L’hôtel est vraiment top, super bien situé (5 min pour rejoindre le Haram). Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables.
Petit-déjeuner varié et très bon. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute.
Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour (couple avec enfants).
Je recommande sans hésiter cet hôtel!

Bon hôtel, bien situé.
Emplacement à 5 min à pied du haram. J'ai eu droit à un surclassement avec vue sur le haram. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Bouteilles d'eau fournies tous les jours.
J'ai oublié les affaires de ma fille dans un tiroir, ils n'ont pas de service d'envoi, ni de dépôt. Tout ce qu'ils peuvent faire ,c'est mettre vos affaires de côté et vous devez vous débrouiller pour les récupérer.

the check inn and checkout was good.
One day the room was not cleaned although no sign for do not disturb was placed.
Cleanness was average.
Bathroom amenities not refreshed during room cleaning.
One day before my check out, after ten PM I have placed my shopping bags at my room door to reactivate the room key, I came back to the room and found my bags were not there. I went to the reception for a complain and they were very cold in response like it is my fault and it took them more than an hour to find my bags. The manager was not available and the receptionist could not get the camera to check who took the bags. After emailing to the property after one hour the manager came and they could see the3 cameras and locate my bags. While I was talking the receptionist about the loss of my belonging another customer approaches the reception for check inn, the receptionist just turns their head disrespecting the situation I had and moves on with the new customer. At least got my stuff back. this disrespect never happened to me before.
