A lovely luxury hotel In a quiet location

Hotel stay was amazing, it’s a small hotel so perfect for privacy and located in a very quiet area which we wanted. However on our arrival day, we noticed that our private hot tub wasn’t working. We informed the staff and they reassured us it would be fixed within 2-3 days. Unfortunately it never got fixed during our seven-night stay… we went to see the staff every day to enquire but we never got a clear answer. It was very disappointing as we paid extra for having a private hot tub, which never properly worked and we never got any form of compensation (free drinks etc.). Appart from this issue, we had an amazing stay. The hotel is very clean and really enjoyable.

Magnifique sejour

Séjour merveilleux dans ce havre de paix! L’accueil y est chaleureux ainsi que le service. L’équipe est toujours souriante et à nos petits soins. L’hôtel est extrêmement propre, le jacuzzi et la piscine d’une grande propreté aussi. Les repas et snacks servis au bord de la piscine sont préparés minute et délicieux à un prix tout à fait abordables. Et la cerise sur le gâteau, un Sunset à couper le souffle tous les soirs en dégustant un tzatsiki excellent !

Amazing staff amazing stay as a hotel holiday it’s 10/10 BUT the access to anywhere like central town or any shops is a minimum £70 round trip I would also like to say the “breakfast buffet” is yogurt, a hard boiled egg and a hand full of pastries And the “soundproof” rooms are definitely not soundproof But please if you just want a relaxing stay in a hot country with a view then this hotel is class and definitely the one to choose

This hotel was very clean and comfortable (bed, pillows, pool chairs). Yes it’s out of the way but it’s a very small island so if you want a peaceful spot, this is it. Pool area is wonderful. I didn’t try the restaurant so no comments to offer.

Could be great for solitude is what you are looking for as it is remotely located on the SW tip of the island. With a car rental the stay was fine. Loved the run with hot tub; however be warned there is no one at the reception after 5. The WhatsApp number they give for you to contact if assistance is needed is not monitored and no one responds as what happened to us when our electricity completely went out due to the hot tub motor. Lucky the restaurant staff assisted us before he left to contact someone and after 2 hours of dealing with this and eventually having to be move to a smaller room with a COLD hot tub, we were not offered an apology or compensation. After finally getting to talk to with the manager over the phone the next morning before check out we came to somewhat of a resolution. This is the only reason that didn't get 1 star. This place is too remote not to have someone respond to emergencies. I wouldn't stay here again.
