BEWARE
I have never booked or stayed in a property that 1) didn’t have a reception desk with staff onsite 2) offered free wifi but no air-conditioning and never stated that in any materials 3) gives no support from the company to resolve the problems (yes, that’s YOU Hotels.com).
I booked this hotel because it was close to the train station and one of our group was injured and on crutches. Imagine our shock when we had to call the owner of the property to be let in, even though I had arranged the arrival time as requested in an email.
This property is a disaster and though it may be alright for some, it wasn’t at all acceptable for 3 elderly women, one of whom was injured.
I am trying to dispute the charge to my credit card as I cannot get any satisfaction from the company.
