Beautiful stay in Franschhoek cottage
Fantastic stay at the cottage. Walking distance to town, restaurants, estates and shops, but equally easy to drive. Felt safe, comfortable and well looked after for the duration. Beautifully furnished, local beer and wine on arrival and wonderful outdoor terrace and pool to enjoy the sunshine. Cannot fault!

Would recommend
Very nice cosy place to stay, especially if you can make use of the open fire on the evening. Bed was comfy, you don't hear your neighbours at all, peacefully and perfect for a romantic break. Just a very short 2 min drive to the centre where there are plenty of places for breakfast or evening meals.

Charming, private cottage in Franschhoek
I can’t use enough superlatives to describe my stay. Marlicia, the owner, lives in the house next door and is very attentive to any requests. The cottage is lovely, there is use of the pool, and it is an easy walk into town. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Franschoek, short stay visit.
We had a super time staying at the fantastic Le a Petit Plaisir. The owners could not be more helpful and courteous, and also assisted in making a reservation at a local restaurant on our behalf. Franschoek itself is a lovely place to visit, and especially in the midst of Wine region South Africa. Accommodation was great, with many little extras thrown in to make the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend anyone visiting the area to stay here.

Perfect!!!
Wonderful lodging, with all comfort and care by Mrs. Marilicia! We were warmly welcomed, and nothing was missing! We won a bottle of wine and tasted tasty biscuits !!! I highly recommend it
