This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and it’s a very good hotel. The food here is decent but most importantly Celestin from house keeping look after us so much. His cleaning is the best and is a hard working guy. Very respectful gentlemen and the most hard working out of all the staff there. Collin from front desk took care of all our need. Great hotel if you want an affordable get high class option. The staff are super accomodating and always happy to assist when needed. Very close to the palm but can come across some traffic towards Dubai mall. Overall would definitely recommend.. The room service was delicious, the housekeeping was great and the beds are amazing!

Hôtel à fuir !!!! Si vous hésitez à réserver cet hôtel pour votre séjour, permettez-moi de vous le déconseiller fortement. Nous avons changé 4 fois de chambre en 3 jours. Le service est médiocre et les employés ainsi que le manager ne sont pas du tout à l’écoute. On doit insister plusieurs fois avant d’avoir une réaction à chaque problème rencontré. Sans insistance il n’y a rien qui fait. Beaucoup trop de choses à dire mais pas assez de caractères disponibles malheureusement. Restez loin de cet hôtel pour le bien de votre séjour !

Property was decent for the price, staff is what makes this hotel worth staying at very welcoming always willing to help. Room was spacious. Room cleaned daily however you never know when they will come it could be 10-11am or 17:30pm I guess the priority is checked out rooms. Breakfast was pretty standard, I’d advice going early when the food is warm and fresh.
