Tive uma ótima experiência no hotel La Casona Real! O quarto em que fiquei era muito bacana, com um espaço confortável e bem organizado. A higiene do ambiente e o serviço de limpeza também merecem destaque — tudo sempre muito limpo e bem cuidado. O café da manhã é honesto, com opções suficientes para começar bem o dia. Um ponto super positivo foi o atendimento da equipe: desde o check-in até o suporte para agendar passeios e a gentileza de preparar o box do café da manhã para os dias em que saímos de madrugada. Todo o time é muito atencioso e prestativo! Outro ponto forte é a localização, que é excelente para quem quer explorar Cusco. Como observação, por estar localizado em uma rua movimentada, o barulho vindo de bares e boates à noite pode incomodar um pouco. Além disso, os pisos de madeira dos quartos fazem com que o barulho de hóspedes vizinhos seja perceptível, o que pode afetar um pouco o descanso. Apesar desses pontos, minha recomendação do hotel é muito boa, e certamente, quando voltar a Cusco, pretendo me hospedar novamente no La Casona Real!

Excelente escolha

Desde a localização excelente até a equipe que trabalha no hotel, tudo foi maravilhoso! Café da manhã feito na hora (muito bom) ou ainda oferecem a alternativa de box caso vc saia cedo para os passeios. Limpeza impecável, tudo sempre muito cheiroso e limpo. Tudo muito confortável, principalmente a cama e o enxoval. Funcionários sempre muito educados, receptivos e solícitos.

Poor Breakfast, Poor Ventillation, Good Location

Loved the beautiful design of the interior yard (covered), the entire building is well-maintained and clean! The location is excellent - immediately near the main square and a number of shops, restaurants. Barely any warm water: you have to let the water run and wait for it to get warm. Not enough warm water and no heating besides a mobile electric heater (which is good, though). Nice room, but poor ventilation (only through the interior windows and door). There is also a lot of noise due to other guests. Terribly poor breakfast and the same every day! Narrow selection of meals and part of it was rationed. Very kind staff, though! It was disappointing at the to get shocked by a receptionist claiming that the hotel room wasn't paid. It was paid in cash, but they gave not proof. In the end it god sorted out.

Amazing experience staying here. Christopher made our stay very pleasant, helped us out with excellent laundry service and transportation to / from the airport. Breakfast included even when we had early activities (lunch to go). Had to leave our luggage in the front desk for the Inca Trail and when we got back our luggage were already placed in our room. Great service by the team and great location! (1 min walk to the main square)

Skønt med det rigtige værelse

Det var et skønt ophold, men vi havde svært ved at sove om natten da der ligger en bar/Club lige overfor som spiller virkelig høj musik til klokken 5 om natten. Vinduet på værelset ligger lige overfor vinduet til stedet, og afstanden på den lille gade er virkelig lille.

Nice location, a bit old but very clean, noisy

The location is perfect! Easy to find a good restaurant, good cafe, etc. The hotel was nicely decorated but there were many pubs and bars around the hotel. You'll hear the very loud noise until 4-5 am on a weekend night. And If you had bad luck get the room on the 1st floor located near the common area. Another guest will wake you up by a very loud noise by chatting with others since 5 am. However, I love the hotel staff very much. They were so kind, very helpful and super friendly.

Great people, great hotel in a great location

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The beds are comfortable, the place is clean, and it is just a half a block from Plaza de Armas. We were able to secure airport pickup and drivers. Just note that the prices for the drivers were a bit high. They provide a breakfast that includes cooked eggs. Hot water for tea of fresh coca and mint leaves is available 24/7. This place is a gem.

Wonderful vibes, incredible location, really sweet and accommodating staff. Not very noise-proof, and the heater wasn't working at breakfast so it was very cold, but otherwise everything was great. They helped me call a taxi to the airport. Felt very safe for a solo traveler.
