Amazing experience staying here. Christopher made our stay very pleasant, helped us out with excellent laundry service and transportation to / from the airport. Breakfast included even when we had early activities (lunch to go). Had to leave our luggage in the front desk for the Inca Trail and when we got back our luggage were already placed in our room. Great service by the team and great location! (1 min walk to the main square)

The location was excellent - very close to Plaza de Armes. Front staff were great. They packaged a breakfast for us and added water for our early morning Rainbow Mountain excursion. Cars could not go down the road by the hotel so we would meet guides at the square. Loved the courtyard for tea and relaxation. The room was comfortable but a little quirky with just a bathroom downstairs and up some creaky wooden stairs to the sleeping quarters, but it all worked. Nice buffet breakfast each morning. Quiet for sleeping even though there was a very busy bar across the cobblestone street.

This is an historic property with a very interesting history. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Cristobal was particularly helpful. The location is very convenient to the main plaza and also several good eateries just outside the door. We had a room on the first floor and there aren't windows. However, this makes the room very soundproof and there is a lovely courtyard right outside the door where we hung out when we weren't sleeping. We found this setup cozy and convenient. They cleaned the room every day and the hot water and water pressure was good. There is coca and other tea available at all times. There is laundry service and luggage storage available. Highly recommend!

Wow, AMAZING! This hotel is so cozy and cute! I mean, you walk in to this amazing patio beautifully decorated. The staff is so friendly, specially the guy with the man bun (sorry, I wish I knew your name), the room is spacious and the beds very comfortable. They offer a great selection of tea for free and breakfast included with a very Peruvian selection of food. Lovely place! If I ever go to Cuzco again, I’d definitely stay at La Casona Real again!

Very cute hotel, tucked away on a side street, right near Plaza de Armas. Many tourist activities nearby, and taxis everywhere if you want to sightsee a bit farther. The hotel walls are a bit thin but other guest were respectful, and things quiet down at night. Very cozy lobby with plants and cafe-type seating to enjoy your complimentary tea. Can’t access with car down an alley in right next to the main plaza. At 1st I was nervous but it all worked out! The alley is loud at night because it’s next to karaoke bar and other bars and people in Peru like to part till 5 am. Staff was amazing!! Breakfast included was awesome. My favorite thing they have laundry service that saved us!!! And very cheap!! Very cute place!

Charming but loud

The location near the main square is very convenient for walking--not so convenient for taxi pick up and drop off and luggage transfer. The loud music from the nightclubs is clearly heard throughout the hotel until at least 6am--including guests ringing the bell and coming in and out the front door all throughout the night. There was limited to no hot water in the evenings. The staff was kind and helpful with transit and early morning bagged breakfasts. Though charming, it is not an ideal spot if you're looking for a good night's rest.

it is in the downtown of Cusco, Peru. The property is ok but the location is terrible. The 2 nights when we slept there the loudly music, and the awful noise was until 4-5 am. So, so noisy, in the morning we heart shootings and we were terrified, but later we understood that it was from some parade on the plaza. You do not have to delay after 4-5 pm because the drunk people are around, the loudly music, some peed next to the trees...just scary and not safety. Otherwise the staff was helpful, nice, friendly, informative, respectful. The room - fine. Nothing luxury, fancy... No windows to open ( but with this noise around),,,

A hospedagem foi, apenas, razoável. Primeiro porque foi bem cara. Pelo preço cobrado, quase nada foi entregue. O quarto nem janela tem. Não tem frigobar. O hotel não tem Wi-Fi (ao menos ninguém me informou). O espaço para o café da manhã é minúsculo e eu sequer consegui tomar café um dia por causa dos horários. Ressalto, apenas, que a iniciativa de preparar um “box” de café das manhãs para viagem, nos dias de passeio, é muito boa.

Very nicehotel in central Cusco!

Very central hotel just off Placa Mayor del Cusco. The hotel has a very cozy interior with balcony’s and old fashion design. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, silent rooms, good beds and decent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Nice clean hotel very close to main plaza

Very clean, very conveniently located, very nice staff, good breakfast. Handsome hotel space. It’s across from a bar where they party into the night and you can faintly hear the music. Earplugs are provided. I used a white noise app on my phone and it was fine.
