Property was very old and stinking bathrooms. No iron or iron board available. No paper tissue(facial). We were asked to use toilet paper. Staff for breakfast not friendly. No one available to help you with luggage as I have back issues. No carts were available for luggage.

Gerne wieder.

Wir hatten das Classic Zimmer. Das Bad ist sauber aber renovieren wäre besser. Das Zimmer selbst war top. Die Aussicht ist fantastisch. Zu Fuß ist man schnell im Zentrum. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden aber nicht für große Autos geeignet!

Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und man hat einen super Blick über den Gardasee.Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und der Renovierungsstau wird sichtbar. Die Einzelzimmer riechen nach Rauch und sind gefühlt 50 Jahre alt. Die Preis Leistung stimmt nicht .

There is no bellman to help with luggage; steps to navigate with luggage as entering lobby. To get to our suite, we had to take the lift 1 floor down, walk the corridor the length of hotel including 6 steps, and then take the lift up 1 floor and walk the corridor. The AC in the room did not sufficiently cool all the rooms. All restaurant dining is buffet style…like a cruise ship. The 2 nights we had dinner reservations the dining staff did not have a record of our reservation. The 2 elevators each have different numbering of the same floor levels, which is very confusing. There is NO food or snack service during non-restaurant times. We arrived at 3:10 pm after an overnight flight from Johannesburg. We hadn’t eaten since 4am and was told there was no food available until 7pm. The first 6 coffee pods complementary, after you must pay per pod at the front desk. When inquiring at the front desk ( I had the notice in the room with me), they knew nothing about that nor where the coffee was stored. I went over-the-river and thru-the woods twice to get coffee pods. Coffee creamer and sugar was not replenished daily. There is very limited service in the bar area; we mostly had to go inside to ask for service. No Kleenex in the bathroom and very poor quality soap, shampoo, etc. on the day of departure, 1 of the elevators was out of order, so we had to had carry our luggage up steps. Then there was a car double-parked behind us. Beautiful views; dining staff was lovely. No recommend

Frühstück: Super. Panorama: Super. Pool: Nicht benutzt hat aber sehr gut ausgesehen. Unser Zimmer: Geräusche die ganze Nacht (Nachbardusche und irgendeine Maschine), Telefon und TV-Fernbedienung waren defekt. Sauberkeit: Hätte besser sein können für einen 4 Sterne-Hotel. Service: Sehr freundlich

Tolles Hotel, innerhalb von 5min ist man zu Fuß in Limone. Traumhafter Blick von der Terasse über den ganzen Gardasee. Zimmer in der 4. Etage etwas altbacken, Frühstück war leider etwas lieblos und Speisesaal ebenfalls etwas altbacken. Kaffee war grauenhaft. Trotz der vorgenannten Kritik würde ich wieder in dieses Hotel gehen!

This hotel is set in a stunning location with sweeping views of breathtaking Limone and the Lake . Everything is on your doorstep here . Ferries , buses , e-bikes . That said the staff are the best thing about it - nothing is too much trouble - very professional and friendly

Nydelig takterasse med utsikt og gode drinker

Hotellet er litt tilårskommet, men veldig behagelig. Stor og god frokost, med egen kokk som lager omeletter, speilegg og bacon. Vi elsket terrassen med drinker og utsikt over sjøen og Limone på kveldstid. Nydelige drinker og effektiv betjening. Flott å ligge ved utebassenget på dagtid, og de har en lekker, egen privat og adskilt bassengplass også lenger nede ved havet, som vi oppdaget ved en tilfeldighet. Kort vei å gå til Limone, som er en svært hyggelig liten by, med litt strandpromenade, butikker og flere gode restauranter. Det eneste å trekke for er litt dårlige madrasser. Våre var gamle, nedligget og veldig harde, på tide å bytte ut. Vi var der i fem dager og koste oss veldig, med unntak av madrassene.
