Beautiful view of Cusco and the Valley from the hotel. Very nice interior design and courtyard. Very friendly staff. The location is uphill from Centro - but still close enough to make plans in the city. Overall, a great stay for families.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of the free filtered water station and refilled our water bottles there. The buffet breakfast was incredible - tons of options including local foods, omelets, fruit, juices and more! A note to future travelers: Be sure to prepay for breakfast- it is more than double the cost to pay in person! We wished we had added the breakfast option even though we would have missed a day due to our scheduled trek.

I have visited Cusco many times and stayed in at least a dozen different hotels. After discovering the Hilton, it’s the only place we will book in Cusco from now on. At night Cusco is quite chilly, and this hotel is the only one I’ve ever stayed in there that actually has a modern, reliable heating system. It’s spotlessly clean, only a few minutes walk from the city centre, and it has a beautiful bar with great cocktails. The showers are fantastic with good water pressure. The main selling point for me, though, is how cozy is is.

This hotel is a 10 minute walk downhill to the main plaza. LOTS of stairs on the way, but easy enough heading down. S10 ($2.50) for a taxi back especially on your first day or two at 11,000 feet. The hotel was clean, nice views, the staff INCREDIBLY attentive. A very nice place to stay.
