Check in was ok but that’s the best I can say. The floors squeaked terribly including upper and lower floors meaning late night and early morning movements of other guests disturbed us. The mirrored wardrobe door was smashed with out any protection to ourselves against injury, kitchen tap was loose and flopping all over the place when we tried to use it, kettle lid broken and did not switch of when boiling, only one toilet flush button worked, the mattress springs were so worn out to a point it had a mask e dip in it which left us enable to sleep all night. Generally the fixtures and fittings are all worn out and personally I would waste your money, look elsewhere and pay extra if need be.

God beliggenhed i travlt område med mange restauranter. En del støj fra pubber og vejen udenfor om aftenen og natten samt støj fra trappen og de andre værelser. Værelset trænger til renovering.

Confortable appartment

Lovely appartment in a fab area, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. No robes as advertised and couldnt use kettle as blew all electrics when turned on. Very helpful friendly staff

Convenient location but needs refurbishment.

Room was small but ok as I only needed somewhere to sleep. Very convenient location just around the corner from the office. Reason I gave a low rating was because there was mould in the shower, the toilet didn’t flush properly and it was so noisy when people above walked it woke me up.

Rooms are really small and The bathroom is not bigger than A box. Everything in this hotel is no more than essential.even though the position is quite practical very close to the Paddington station and the staff is kind and helpful, prices are quite high even for the London average.

Disappointed with the description

Paid extra to stay in suite with balcony but views were of the building next to it . Door didn’t lock properly which had been mentioned on previous post . Few lights out and floorboards were really creaky would not have wanted to be in apartment beneath !!!

The rooftop deck was so worth it! The doorway out to the deck is the only way to get fresh air into the top floor which seemed odd - the room fan was great for air movement, especially for sleeping. Their bag storage was extremely helpful! There were some aesthetic repairs that could be made and the deadbolt wouldn’t engage - I just used the chairs to block the door swing. Very close to Liverpool which made getting anywhere super easy. Desk staff were very kind and helpful!

I was disappointed when I arrived as the property on Expedia was described as “a suite” and had “a separate bedroom”. It was in fact just a very small room and bathroom. The room was also incredibly hot with no temperature controls and no opening windows.

Nice but noisy

My only issue with the place was the noise from other rooms, so much that it was even making the bed wobble with noise vibrations. The only way you're going to get any sleep is with a good set of sleep ear plugs. Especially as the dustbin lorry arrives at 04:30 to collect the pub opposite's empty bottles.
