I stayed for 5 days and I really liked the location near the Vatican and it has the Ottaviano Metro station nearby and right in front of the Apartment there is the Military Bus station. But the best of all was the attention of Michela and her daughter.

Buyer beware. They offered me a room with a broken patio door that didn’t lock. I refused and they offered for me to use the locked shared bathroom in the hallway corridor (?) since it was “only for one night and a safe neighborhood”. As a solo female traveler visiting Rome for the first time, I refused, stating I could not sleep in a bathroom. Neither Michela, Lavinia, nor myself were able to open the door and all agreed it was broken. I was left to find another hotel elsewhere. It has been one month and they did not fulfill their promise to get me a refund. First they said they didn’t charge my card, then they said that Expedia never contacted them, then suddenly they had no employee named Michela but instead someone named Ruchicha who says the doors were always fine and denied the request to Expedia. As soon as that happened, Michela blocked me on WhatsApp and Lavinia stopped responding. Expedia says these people are lying to me. Shame on this company for treating a solo traveler like this. I would not recommend. If you stay here, make sure you have money for a backup because they don’t care and OPENLY LIE to you repeatedly. I genuinely believed they would do the right thing. I was wrong to trust them. Women: don’t stay here alone unless you have a backup plan. They will have you sleep in a bathroom or unlocked room or go out on the street without help. Posting this not out of revenge because it was only €70 but to warn other women or people on a budget: go elsewhere.

This place was beautiful! Very spacious, clean, and modern. The unit did have a/c (which we only needed for an hour one warm evening) and a mini fridge—great for storing grocery items. The breakfast was a voucher for a little place around the corner. Our only comment/complaint is that the key to the courtyard gate into the building didn’t work well. Other than that it was our favorite place we stayed in Italy.

Good place to stay but parking is NOT included
Hotel.com stated there's free onsite parking but there was NONE when I got there. I had to find last minute parking at a garage for 2 days since I needed to join the all day tours in Rome. It cost me $74 dollars which was totally unexpected since the place stated free parking for guests. Please take off the free onsite parking when listing this place

Très bon accueil de la part de la personne qui nous a accueilli ! … elle est prévenante adorable et à l’écoute de ses hôtes . Bon emplacement pour rayonner dans Rome , près du Vatican et de la Basilique Saint Pierre … Métro proche , bus et nous avons très souvent utilisé les vélos électriques Lime pour aller d’un point à un autre.

A un passo da tutto
La location é in un ottima posizione, a due passi dal vaticano e da tanri servizi. La stanza é curata con tutti i confort e con tanto di balcone, la proprietaria é gentile e disponibile. Se non avessi avuto un cambio di programma si sarebbe anche fidata a lasciarmi le chiavi di cortesia per farmi entrare direttamente per il mio soggiorno (poi saltato) di domenica. La struttura é all interno di un condominio con piu palazzine e viene fornito un mazzetto con tutte le chiavi e le serrature funzionano tutte alle perfezione, quindi niente rischio di rimanere fuori di notte.
