Le hace falta mantenimiento la recepcionista del sábado muy descortés, está limpio el baño y sábanas pero encontramos cucarachas le falta limpieza al elevador le falta pintura en general las puertas sucias y es molesto que tengas que cargar los controles y que te pongan pulsera cuando no es todo incluido, el agua del jacuzzi súper sucia, el mesero Mario excelente su atención.

El hotel tiene una hermosa vista a la playa y una buena alberca, pero fuera de eso no esperen mucho de las instalaciones, las sábanas y las fundas olían mal, los cuartos tienen insectos pequeños que parecen hormigas, el estacionamiento es muy pequeño, una noche quisimos cenar en el restaurant y nos dijeron que iban a fumigar, no hay muchos lugares en donde comer cerca del hotel.

Lo mejor del hotel es tener la comodidad del acceso a pie de playa , la alberca es agradable. La comida buena , solo recomiendo mejorar la atención de la recepción, en particular de una chica alta güera , porque deja mucho que desear .en cambio hay un chico por la tarde noche que es todo lo contrario, muy atento , pero en general todo muy bien!!
