交通方便，購物不便

在小機場附近，但不巧我不是搭這個機場航班，沒有優勢，幸好到希斯路機場轉地鐵也可以直達，算是方便。鄰近單軌車站，交通方便，環境清静，可以到河邊散步，對面只有一間知名的中國餐館"一品"，没有超市或便利店，沒有任何購物點是最大缺點。

Good quiet hotel an easy walk from PRINCE ALBERT DLR stop. Good breakfast although busy at weekends. Nice walk from hotel along the dock waterfront to the London Cable car with a coffee stop halfway.

Check in and check out were simple, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was nice and modern, bathroom was clean too. Our only issue was the bedsheets were a bit smelly so we had to flip them around. Breakfast was tasty with a load of options.

We used this hotel due to change in travel plans. Parking was easy and safe. The room was clean, but the bed has a loose leg which squeaked, but not enough to interfere with a good night's sleep. Food for evening and breakfast was excellent, and my wife loved the waffle-making machine. Overall the standard was very good, and quiet enough, considering it is so near to City airport.

Great location; easy to access via the DLR, and getting to the O2 is really easy. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Room was as you'd expect from this type of hotel. Our room was next to where the cleaners keep their stuff and during the day there was a lot of loud door slamming, no noise issues at night though.
