Steer away from this one
We received 2 towels upon arriving. And we're promised more towels after that and never received any, the next morning when everybody wanted to take a shower. We were told the towels were in the dryer and we never received any. I was also double charged for the room. I booked my reservation on hotels dot com which I paid for and then the hotel tried to charge my card again which I had them reverse the charges. The young lady working The desk was very polite and nice. But it seemed like her hands were tied trying to take care of customers the location to the BOK center was excellent, but I think we will stay at another hotel next time.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with lots of options. Most restaurants and sites were walkable from hotel.

We only stayed one night, was charged for weekend.
The walls in Room 311 are very thin. I could hear the man in the room next to the bathroom peeing in the toilet. We could hear someone in the next room with connecting door say loudly “You should be quiet” but we were only talking normally, not shouting. Also this is a handicap access for people who need a cane to walk--but the hand sprayer on the shower did not work. The handle on the tub was dangling by the screw. We checked out on the next morning because of this. But they said we still had to pay for the entire weekend because we booked through Hotels.com.

Little things added up were annoying
Overall not a horrible experience. We chose this hotel based on its location across from the BOK center because we had the 2 day passes for PBR and wouldn’t have to get transportation we could just walk. We had to pay $20 just to park at the hotel and it’s on the backside of the building so we had to unload everything and walk it all the way around to walk into the front. A little annoying but okay it’s downtown we get it. There was no microwave in our room and the mini fridge didn’t keep things cold. So when we went out to eat we couldn’t store our leftovers or warm them up. A little annoying but it’s fine bc at least it’s close to the BOK center. When we asked for extra towels bc our room had 2 and we are grown women that use 2 towels when we bathe he gave me floor mat towels which were hard, coarse and felt like sandpaper. Which is fine when you’re using them to step on when you get out of the shower but not good for someone with sensitive skin like myself. I mentioned to him these weren’t the bathing towels but the floor mat towels he proceeded to look at me annoyed and said yes they are and then walked away. We got to our room, I felt the other towels and laid them next to each other and the towels he gave me were VERY much different then the towels we had in the room already. Not soft to the touch, half the size easily, and had a square pattern on them indicating a “rug” type pattern which weren’t on the other towels. Breakfast was pitiful and dissatisfying.

Great Location and Friendly Staff
Employees were wonderful! We had to ask for our room to the trash carried out and for clean towels after the first night. Sign on bathroom mirror said they would make beds, dump trash, bring clean towels and none of it was done after the first night. The second night everything was done. Room was clean…Matress was hard as a rock….Refrigerator barely keep things cool…No microwave in room, had to go down stairs.

Professional training needs a boost!
Had an unpleasant incident. I reported a broken front panel of the window unit to the front desk on my way out for a dog walk. The repair guy entered my room by his master key without getting permission while my wife and daughter were in bed but I was not in the room. Very unprofessional behavior for a hotel maintenance guy on duty. Reported to the front desk when checking out. Haven’t heard anything back from the manager yet.

After I checked in and was given my room, I got there and it was never cleaned. I called the desk and they told me to come back down to get a new room. It took no time at all to get a new room. I get the this room and only one power receptacle worked and it was in the bathroom. Didn't bother complaining because the rooms didn't get any better. I've stayed here a few times and this is the first time this has happened.
