Older property but well maintained, clean and well equipped with bathroom necessities, kitchenette, pots, pans, table settings for four a good sized refrigerator etc. It was very roomy with a pull out sofa that could serve as an extra queen bed plus a small porch looking towards the campground. We checked into our room on the front. The ocean was right there. The hotel had two chairs overlooking the ocean. We sat out there all evening. It was close to Parksville so if we stayed longer there would be lots to do. A small kitchen in the room came in handy for breakfast the next day We liked the place and would go back
