This should not be listed as a hotel, it’s more of an airbnb. There is no one working there it just 4 rooms on 1 floor of a building, only communication is thru whatsapp so if no int’l service your “check in” will be impossible

Me sentí insegura
Al llegar al hotel no había recepcionista, una persona que nunca conocimos nos envió instrucciones por WhatsApp para poder entrar. Nos dijeron que empujáramos la puerta principal del hotel y que la habitación estaría sin llave. Desafortunadamente cerraron las habitaciones y le dieron instrucciones a un huésped que tomara las llaves de todas las habitaciones para que las abriera. Me sentí bastante insegura, pues solamente una cámara estaba apuntando a las llaves en la recepción. Así mismo, la caja fuerte estaba dañada y no se pudo usar. Reclamamos a la persona que envió las instrucciones pero nos ignoró, incluso al mencionarle al otro día que nos íbamos, nunca nos escribió. Fue bastante impersonal y repito, cualquier persona podía tomar las llaves y abrir nuestra habitación en cualquier momento, pero se excusan que con la cámara vigilan todo. Las instalaciones no son nuevas, no había aire acondicionado, tuvimos que dormir con la ventana abierta. Para finalizar, lo bueno es la zona, pues tiene muchos restaurantes alrededor.

Fantastic location and Riccardo was very helpful with great communication. The property itself was nce. However, the shower didnt particularly work great. And the A/C did t do much against August in Rome. Budget friendly.

The room was not ready upon arrival so we had to stay one night across the street in a very noisy room. When we got the room on day 2 the bed was broken, and a loose cord were hanging in the bathroom etc. The AC only worked at say 30 percent so it was very worm and very hard to sleep. It could be a nice place but when many things are unattended it doesn’t work so well.

A good central location but no customer service at all. There was no sign to indicate the hotel, it was all very strange. It was as if the owner was trying to hide the business. Our toilet was broken, I WhatsApped the number in reception and didn’t hear anything. Needless to say the toilet was mended without any correspondence. A very weird experience.

Overall, our stay here was alright, but some things soured the experience. Cons: The advertised air conditioning was barely functional, it took until the 3rd day for the room to be a somewhat comfortable temperature. The advertised breakfast vouchers were nowhere to be found, and the host was unresponsive when I reached out and asked. The shower head is broken (leaking from the fitting) and covered in what looks like black mold and other nasty stuff. Pros: The location was good, plenty of good restaurants near by, and the host provided a list of recommended attractions and restaurants.

Girişte kimse bize yardımcı olmadı 40-45 dakika kapının açılmasını bekledik ve yetkili kişilere ulaşamadık, sonunda mesajdan dönüş yaptıklarında da herhangi bir açıklama yapmadılar. Online check in yapmamamıza rağmen pasaport vs bakmadan direkt masa üzerinde anahtar var alıp odanıza yerleşebilirsiniz dediler , müşteri iletişimi sıfırdı, odada buzdolabı yoktu sular hemen ısındığında soğutucu bulamadık. Resepsiyonda hiçbir zaman kimse yoktu. Bunlar dışında oda temiz duruyordu, konum çok rahattı her yere ulaşabiliyordunuz, güvenilir bir bölgedeydi, uyumadan uyumaya kullanacaklar için idealdi. Odanın temizlenmesini istediğimize dair olan işareti kullanmadığımız halde odamız temizlenmişti, eşyaları dağınık bırakıp gitmiştik, onay ve talep olmadan temizlik yapılması uygunsuzdu. Müşteri ilişkilerini ve personel hizmetlerini geliştirseler çok daha iyi olurdu.

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible. Compramos tres noches de hospedaje en la suit por la máquina de hidromasajes para mi madre para cuando llegáramos de caminar, no me respondieron nunca mensajes para explicarme como encenderla y manejarla y además, cómo se abría el tapón del agua después de uno ducharse porque el agua quedaba en la tina. Les supliqué por mensajes explicarnos para ducharnos a la llegada de nuestro día para evitar ducharnos con el agua estancada sucia en nuestros pies. Nunca hubo nadie en recepción ni respondieron mensajes y nos tocó bañarnos con el agua que tapaban los pies y sucia. Les supliqué una solución y respondieron después de 3 días y después de haber hecho el check out. Luego estaba la reserva de la última noche en habitación diferente sin maquina y les di la oportunidad diciéndoles que podíamos tener al menos esta vez la misma hab con la maquina y al contrario, nos dieron una chiquita, con la maquina de café mala y por el inconveniente, desayunos de cortesía y lo que hizo fue darnos un sandwich partido a la mitad, un dulce y dos refrescos pequeños (ni €8 euros se gastó). El sire acondicionado nunca sirvió la última noche tampoco. El hombre que nos recibió se disculpó por el inconveniente y solo dijo que estaba enfermo en casa con fiebre y por eso no contestó. Tengo fotos de todo y los mensajes y que les sigo preguntando el contacto del dueño desde la primera estancia y no responden. Pagué la suit y nunca sirvió la maquina. Terrible

Fint rom, men litt slitt bad og ingen air condition (hadde riktig nok satt inn en vifte, men ble varmt om sommeren likevel). Ellers var det litt vanskelig å finne ut hvor det var. Men tommel opp for fleksible inn- og utsjekksmuligheter.

First time in Rome
I was delayed a day getting in due to flight delays and they were very accommodating. Check in was easy. They texted the information. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Very well located near everything, which was perfect! Wish the air conditioning was a bit stronger. Check out was easy, they texted information. You’re pretty much on your own, which was fine for me, but if you’re looking to have someone help you with suggestions then no. I thought the pizza restaurant directly across the street delicious.

No hot water. No attendant to assist. Bad lighting for makeup. Offered a shuttle service from airport but never showed. Did I mention NO HOT WATER for 2 days.

Honestly very disappointed in the stay. Check in was a nightmare. There is a hotel with the same name across the street. We went there then they sent us to the right place where it took forever to get buzzed in and then we had to figure out which floor the hotel was on. The floor hallway had no power at check in. We got buzzed in and we’re told just to leave our bags at the front desk and the security camera would “watch them”. The Wi-Fi would cut out so much I couldn’t use my laptop. We stayed in the “jacuzzi room” thinking it was an extra. It was a tub instead of the shower. For what we got 295 euro a night is absolute robbery. If you’re used to any type of American hotels go elsewhere. Also at check out no one was available so we had to pay via PayPal. Very sketchy.

Sehr schönes B&B
Sehr schönes Zimmer, vorm Haus steht ein Portier und wenn er nicht da ist ist die große schwere Tür zu und kann nur mit Schlüssel geöffnet werden was doch mitten in Rom viel Sicherheit bietet. Auch der Whirlpool ist sehr schön und man kann sich vom stressigen Tag erholen. Man geht vor die Tür und steht schon mitten in Rom. Gianluca ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Gern mal wieder.
