Beautiful romantic location. The food was great, the staff were attentive and very pleasant. The room came with a working fireplace and the hotel provided the firewood. The town of Tapalpa is nearby, great restaurants and street food!

I do like the place, the whole scenery, the main building with the balcony to the open space of the Valley. The lake in the background made all a wonderful place to spend time with my significant other. It was a wonderful place for a romantic night. The only thing I did not like was not finding good service from the Dinner staff. They need to improve their promptness and service and be more attentive to customers ; training will be good idea in Order, so they can pay attention to all details and communication between the kitchen, and the Dining staff

En general todo muy bien con la estancia sooo un tema con el tema de los desayunos ya que hicimos la reservación para 2 adultos y un niño, la página de hoteles dice que incluye desayuno y llego al hotel me dicen que el niño no lo incluye ! Cuando en ninguna cláusula menciona que solo sean dos desayunos! Al reservar mencione que éramos 2 adultos y un niño !

Lo que no me gustó es que el desayuno que incluye el precio es solo para hoy cakes y chilaquiles, en la habitación la leña para la chimenea jamás la pude prender porque estaba muy mojada y nunca me pude comunicar con el personal del hotel porque te piden que lo hagas por wass up y nunca te contestan
